The fees in this college is actually to high as compared to its course value the total cost of study is about one lack four thousand and there is no fee remission for MSC student and no scholarship is provided
Campus Life
Campus life at SVNIT is lively with annual fests like MindBend (technical) and Sparsh (cultural), offering good exposure. Clubs and societies are active, though participation varies. Library has a decent range of books but limited journals. Sports and extracurricular activities are available, with good facilities but scope for modernization. Social groups enhance peer interaction, though overall campus engagement could be more inclusive.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are basic with minimal furniture and limited maintenance. Cleanliness can be inconsistent, and common facilities like bathrooms often need improvement. Mess food is average, repetitive, and lacks variety. Registration is straightforward and affordable, but the overall living conditions could be much better. Locality around campus is safe, but amenities inside the hostel require significant upgrades.
Admission
Cource is eligible for students who have given jee mains exam and get a rank in it U can fill the jossa and csab round to get this branch in svnit Reservation are provided by NTA site All the system are nice u can easily get admission in this course
Faculty
Faculty-to-student ratio in the Physics department is good, and most are approachable. Some professors explain concepts well, while others focus heavily on theory with limited practical exposure. Exams are moderately difficult with high pass rates. Curriculum is academically strong but needs updates for better industry relevance. A professor named Himanshu Pandey I like the most as he is very helpful toward the students
Night Life
Nightlife around SVNIT is quite active, with hostel common areas open late and students often gathering for group studies or casual chats. Popular hangouts include nearby cafes, food stalls, and Tapi riverfront. The campus is safe to roam at night, with security present. Gym and some sports areas are accessible in the evening, while the library closes earlier. Surrounding areas offer a few late-night eateries, making evenings lively yet secure.
