Course Curriculum Overview

4

I have interest in the course. So i opt this course. At the initial stage you have to study same as all engineering branches students studying (exept branch specific). But from second year you get separate syllabus according to your branch specific course. Faculty and students ratio is good but can be better. Their are mostly high profile faculties as assistant professor, associate professor and professors. Teaching method is very good. In some cases you can face problems but overall teaching method is very good with good quality education. Exams are done at their time table. And sufficient time is given to you for your course completion. If you attend all the classes regularly, then you have not to fear about your exams. It's easy to paas the exams.

Placement Experience

4

The placement process at SVNIT involves inviting companies for recruitment drives, organising pre-placement talks and interviews, and facilitating the placement process. Many reputed companies from various industries visit the campus for recruitment. As Microsoft ,Google ,Amazon Tata Motors ,L&T ,Reliance Industries Adani Group ,Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Infotech. Off-campus Placements, Higher Studies, Skill Development Programs etc. As per my plan i want to study higher education. 60% students get their Placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

As compared to other government colleges fee structure is heavily hectic according to me. As for one year you have to pay approximately 125000. You can not able to get fee remission,as BTech students get. You can get only your state schoolarship. For job you can develop your skills and can get good job opportunities in the field of IT sector. And for the higher education you can get scholarship for foreign studies.

Campus Life

4.5

Life at campus is vibrant and engaging, offering a range of opportunities for social interactions. You can feel every movement as dream. Every year they are conduct annual fest, cultural fest and many more. As Mindbend, Sparsh, CHRD, Scosh, Akriti, MMNCT, Spic Macay, Drishti and many more. Library with a wide range of books, journals, and other reference materials. It offers an extensive collection across various disciplines to support the academic pursuits of students. The library also provides access to online databases and digital resources, ensuring that students have access to the latest research and literature.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel rooms are equipped with basic furniture like bed, study table, chair, two windows , two tubelights , one fan, one almirah. Hostels are available for both male and female students, in separate buildings and blocks. Hostels provide laundry facilities. Hostels have mess and canteen where students can have their meals. At hostel you get the fecility of night canteen. At the addmission time you have to apply for your hostel, as per instructions given in addmission process.

Admission

To determine the eligibility criteria for admission to the MSc Physics program at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat, it is recommended to refer to the official website of the institute or contact the admissions office directly. For admission in svnit you have to clear the jee mains exam after your 12th class. It is the minimum requirement. After that you involve in the process of admission performed by josaa. According to reservation policies you can get admission according to your category. As improvement i want that their must be fee remission for MSC students.

Average placement for all branches is 10LPA and for CSE the average is around 15 LPA. Percentage of students placed was 80%. For MSc Mathematics, the average was thrid highest among all branches in 2022 which stood at 9.22 LPA. As I have a passion towards economics, I will look for similar jobs and services as it is also aligned towards mathematics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If your concept of 11th and 12th standards is good then you can pass the paper and the difficulty level is there as it is an institute of national importance but if focused properly on 11th and 12th then entrance is not hard to clear. And the teaching faculties are very good and the infrastructure is awesome and the teachers are friendly, mou is there with many govt organisations so an internship with cbi is also there

Course Curriculum Overview:

The student ratio is a bit higher as mostly the females prefer to do forensics sciences. The male ratio is lesser than the female one. In my class, the ratio of males to female is about two ratios eight. The exam is not as hard and it's on a basic level as compared to that of the Jai and its level but as the University has started itself from the beginning, the level is getting harder.
