Course Curriculum Overview
I have did my BA in the same course that's why I opted for this again in my MA. The curriculam was quiet good according to the previous syllabus. Whatever I have read in my bachelors, I got to know it deeper in my Masters. The timings of the exams were okay according to the syllabus. Also there was no difficulty level if you have read the syllabus properly.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have paid 5900 for 1st year(Which includes 2 semester, 6 months for each sem) including 3000 for both the semesters. I have paid 7910 in my second year( 2 semester, 6 month for each one) including 3000 for exams fee of 2 semesters.
Campus Life
The campus life was amazing, from making new feinds to geetting along with semester. The availability of the readings and books were quiet amazing. We were able to access libraries anytime. I used to run a creative writing society in my bachelors. Also there were annual fuctions and farewells, in which we used to perform and took part. Overall it was a good experience.
Admission
I had to choose this college only because I know it's a prestigious one in Delhi. I live in Delhi, so Delhi University was the best option for me. I have did my BA from LSR, DU that's why I opted for Du only in my MA as well. The admission process was quite normal, not very tough. We had to do all online from filling the form to paying the fee.
Faculty
1. The faculty was okaish, not very good. 2. There was no such relationship between a faculty and students because students were in larger number. 3. We had to give 2 semester exams in each year. Which means 4 exam in 2 years for MA. And, it used to be moderate, not very tough. Questions were from our syllabus only.
Night Life
Cafes, Libraries were accessable for all the day. There were hostels where my friends used to live, it was also used to open for the whole day. North campus was safer to roam around in the night also. There were places like Majnu ka tilla, Kamla nagar, hudson lane to hangout with friends.
