Remarks :

Some students who were not good in study as well as in any other extracurricular activity spread rumor or fake news about the college. Some local people who didn't get job in college also involved in it but it is very good college

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have good experience with my course there are good faculty members who helped me a lot in my subject as well as in other work.There are very helpful and supportive in our project work.They thought us how to be a good engineer

Internships Opportunities :

Currently the college does no provide internship but I think I will be in future.Because they have took several meetings on this topic and it is helpful for students. College provide training for students in SAIL,TATA STEEL ,TPSDI etc

Placement Experience :

The student who wants the job or placement they will sure get the job. There are lots of IT , CSE, MBA ,ECE students placed in good company such as GENPACT, TATA MOTOR, JUST DIAL ,BERGER PAINTS ,KARVY ,R1 RVM, RAJAN TECHNO , DHE HEATERS ,VOLVO,PULSE SOLUTION, IB ARTS, IMS PEOPLE etc

College Events :

There are specially 4 event happening in each year the first one is farewell for last year student and second is fresher's day after that there is a tech event called techjeriko which held in September or October and after it there is sports event held in journey and february and a cultural fest called navutasav

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is good college with cheap fee structure.it is one of the cheapest college in our state jharkhand with good and experience facility members.it has a world class infrastructure with beautiful garden

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college conduct a comparative exam for good and meritorious student.It help the students who are economically not good but in study the are good.There is TFWA cota for some students who come through entrance exam.It take admission through JEE mains and state comparative exam

Campus Life :

Extra curricular activities happens in each year farewell held in April last fresher day held in August last after that there is a tech event and then cultural fest held in September and the last but not least sports day organization in each in last of January month

Hostel Facilities :

Hotel infrastructure is good it is 5 floor hostel with seperate for boys and girls the hostel distance between girls and boys are approximately 500 meter 24×7 light and water facility. They provide good food

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

It is not so huge alumni network because it is started in 2011 but there are five batch of b. Tech has passed and they are connected with juniors and faculty members as well.There are also seven batch of MBA has been passed

Exam Structure :

There are 4 mid sem and 2 final sem exam held in each year. The first mid sem held in September and the second mid sem held in November after completion of second mid sem final sem exam will be started.

Admission :

I got admission through counselling of jharkhand combined entrance competitive examination. It also take admission through jee mains and direct through college admission cell.It also conduct a test for meritorious student for scholarship

Faculty :

They are very good faculty and also supportive.They are good experience and the way they thought us was excellent. They always motivated us to do good in our subject as well as in our project. They specially help student who are poor in study

Students become eligible after the third year for the placement there are many companies which visited the colleges like TCS, Tata companies, students getting 85% all are getting well placed and the average package of the students is 7 lakh per annum.

AMITY - A perfect path providers for the tech beginners

Placement Experience:

As a student of the 4th year program, one can be eligible for placements after 6th sem or by passing 3rd year and after 4th sem/2nd year, students of 3rd year program are eligible for placement processes. almost 150 companies had visited this year and around 500 students are placed in many companies like cognizant, byjus, TCS, Deloitte etc. maximum package offered is 11 LPA and the average package is around 3.5-4 LPA. on a personal note, I want to pursue MTech after BTech, so for me, these placement record somehow not matters but if someone wants to go for higher studies, this college is best suited for them as because it provides all necessary things by which you can easily get into top IIITs.

Honest Review of BIT Sindri through a BITian

Placement Experience:

In BIT Sindri, placements are good. In my college students are eligible from 3rd year to sit on-campus placement. They can also go for internships from the first year itself. Around 50+ companies visited in the year 2020. This is a little bit less due to covid 19. Some of the companies that visit regularly are Tata Steel, Vedanta, Aditya Birla group, TCS, TCS digital, Ericsson, etc. Highest package is 13 lakhs p.a being offered by Tata steel and the average package is around 6 lakhs p.a. Here around 50 to 60 percent of students are placed each year. In 2024 I will get my degree. My future plans are that I will give GATE exam. I want to be in under 100 rank so that I could get a job in PSUs or get MTech admission in IITs.

Remarks:

Faculty is good and the course curriculum is also good.every possible help is provided by the college.Teaching quality and lab are all good.One thing bad is that we don't have our own permanent campus. The college is running in 3 diffrent rented buildings.
