Review of ggsipu and hostel

After coming to the college I got to know that this course have multiple job opportunity other than opening a medical store . First I was not that much interested in this course but the curriculum influenced my decision in a positive way.

I paid 1,20,000 as a year fees for this course ,no such scholarship are available but their is reservation for sc ,st ,obc and student who has done their schooling from delhi . Weare told that the fees will increase upto 2k or 4k every year. I paid 1,20,000 for session of 2024 -2025. Counselling fees was 1000 rupees which was included in it . The fees was same for all the students.

Their are many clubs in college like for dance - mudra , for singing- swar for rapping - swar hip hop , film and Photography- vismaya ,anchoring - vaani , abhivyakti- for literature poetry and standup etc .

I paid 96,000 rs as fees for hostel . They provided a study table , chair , bed , matress and a pillow. In mess they provide breakfast, lunch , snacks and dinner . Reading room and common room is there . Gym is also provided in hostel .

I choosed this college because I heard about it a lot . This year on 26 January our college was also their in parade . It had a lesser fees but more facilities then other colleges in delhi . I gave IPU CET exam to get admission in this college . It only had 120 seats and I got one . After the examination they calls you for offline counseling. The exam was not so tough. The exam centre was in the campus itself . Their were so many rounds in counseling. You have to be punctual about the timings . Their is not so long wait after the exam to get the result . Results doesn't take much time . You can also get admission through cuet . I also got admission in baba saheb Ambekar and sharda university but I didn't choosed them . Because this was better choice in all the aspects , in fees , faculty , infrastructure , exposure etc . Over all guru gobind singh indraprastha university was a better choice than other's. The eligibility criteria was you should have passed 12th in pcb (physics, chemistry, biology ) or pcm (physics, chemistry, mathematics) or pcmb ( physics, chemistry , mathematics, biology ) . I got rejected by DU ( delhi university) because of not so high score in cuet . I scored good marks in cuet but I belongs to general category and the cut off was so high. I applied in du for bsc in zoology and microbiology. In my college some courses have online counseling where as some has offline. But after bith of them you have to report on the reporting day at the given reporting time . If you will not report on the given date or time then your admission got cancelled and you will not get a seat and your seat will be given to another studnet who will be eligible for it . IPU CET is more preferable exam then CUET because they give priority to IPUCET . First seats are offered to students appearing in IPU CET exam then the left seats are offered to students in CUET . I got admission in ggsipu in second counseling .

Some faculty members are so chill and friendly with students even some old professors tries to matches the energy with students. But their are some faculty who are very strict . There are two sessional exam and one semestral exam in every semester . Average of both sessional exam is added in internal .

Library is such a good place for me time and reading book in alone . Canteen has affordable food . Places like wisdom tree , lotus garden , rose garden , amul stairs are good for hang out with friends, main ground is their for playing cricket and other games , badminton court is there . My personal favorite place to hang out is amphi thearte and amphi auditorium.
