The behavior of the professors.. They are very friendly and helpful
The laboratory equipments are in good condition
The non teaching staffs are also very very helpful

Dislikes

Though I don't like but its also good that clg needs 75% of attendence
Department is very strict about the Senior-Junior bond
Department is very strict about the classes timings

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course includes education tour, practical submissions and a vast syllabus which is very knowlageble.. We also go through a 360° view of our couse curriculum activites... The proffesors helps ud to get through all the topics very easily

Class Size: 4Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

It's a government college and has a basic fees structure of rs 2500 for 4yrs course of BSc and doesn't needs any other fees through out the course except the educational excursusion fees.. The total amount of 2500 will be paid in multiple parts through out the course

Campus Life

The students can join the student union also.. Otherwise the college gets a annual college fest, named Jagriti in every yr in the month of December... Also the college arranges many educational and extra curriculum activities for the students through the competition

Admission

Our college is very sensible than the other colleges about the study materials, classes timings and the attendence.. And all have the full package of faculties than the other colleges, they are more experienced also..

Faculty

We have a full package of 6 faculties... All of them has a different part to teach us through out the whole syllabus and they taches us very carefully...We will have our internal exams then will be the final exam in the ending of each sem

Night Life

There are always security guard available in the college boundary... The gate closing time of the college hostel is 6pm and opening time is 6am.. The nught guards and the warden are also helpful and the college ha 3hostels total for the students and quarters for the teaching staffs of the college

I've always found economics to be really interesting and thats why I choose to persue it. I wanted to dive deep into the actual concepts and workings of the economy and understand how the world works from an economist's point of view. Sadly the curriculam doesnt bridge the gap between theory and real life. It focuses heavily on textbook and not how the world works.

The Physical Chemistry faculties are the best I got, that influenced me to carry forward my research carrier in Physical Chemistry. It was good to be a part of that college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course is good but you have to opt for masters and PhD to get a good placement. After bsc there's not any placement. The curriculum was basically practical and theoretical based. But I think it should be more practical so that we can get a job after doing bsc. The teaching method was good I didn't have any problem with that. As it was under Calcutta University so the exam questions were too difficult, sometimes it came out of our syllabus , i think they should change this a little bit .

The reality of SCC

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus for BSc. Microbiology Hons. was in line with my interests. Few topics like virology, bacteriology, and diversity of the microbial workd are what drew my attention to pick this course. Although there are some portions which one would consider "boring", but I believe every subject has its interesting as well as boring portions. It's seems fair to judge a subject by seeing if the "boring" portions outweigh the "interesting" parts or not.

In terms of relevance and comprehensiveness of the course curriculum, my rating is solid 4.1 out of 5. Because it offers a variety of courses like compulsory english, environmental science, constitution values of India, Inter Disciplinary Courses where one can opt for a variety of subjects which change along with the course proceeds or semester changes. Not only that two major papers and one minor paper are present throughout the semester. As a student we should be well aware of our country and its law as well as how we can keep our environment healthy followed by sustainable development.

My college is very beautiful. It has a very nice and student friendly environment. All the professors are very gentle, very kind, very humble. Also very friendly with students. And helpful.

First of all, we had to apply for the admission through online. We had to go to the College's official website and then apply. After that, the college authority published their merit list. They publish upto 3 merit lists. My name was published in the 3rd merit list. And then, after getting selected. We had to pay the Admission fees through UPI. Then, we got a notice regarding the document verification. We had to come to the college in person to verify our documents. Yes, I applied to MUC Women's College. This college is a really good, low-cost hotel good. The study is well and the library is awesome. There are Kanyashree and also OBC Kota and recently student credit cards are also available. There is no complex about any admission. You can easily admit it after paying your admission fees. The admission fees are low and as well as science commerce is also. In the Geography field, you have to go survey. This is really outstanding. Minimum number is required above 80-85% of all subjects. If you get 95% so you get easily. 1 day will counsel then you admit. Overall it's a good college for girls. No ragging No political issue. Good nature for Study. The best subject for studies here is English, as well as Math, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Physics, Computer Science, Bengali, Sanskrit, Philosophy.
