Yes, I applied to MUC Women's College. This college is a really good, low-cost hotel good. The study is well and the library is awesome. There are Kanyashree and also OBC Kota and recently student credit cards are also available. There is no complex about any admission. You can easily admit it after paying your admission fees. The admission fees are low and as well as science commerce is also. In the Geography field, you have to go survey. This is really outstanding. Minimum number is required above 80-85% of all subjects. If you get 95% so you get easily. 1 day will counsel then you admit. Overall it's a good college for girls. No ragging No political issue. Good nature for Study. The best subject for studies here is English, as well as Math, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Physics, Computer Science, Bengali, Sanskrit, Philosophy. You also persue M.A English in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Geography faculty is overall good now 3 teachers. But the study level is high. The student ratio is really good. 30-50.. The qualified teacher (PhD) all practical materials. There monthly exam and semester mode twice a month. And then final exams 6 months after there is not too tough to qualify. If you study well so you can score above 8.00 CGPA. If you bright student there is no need to worry. You can go for it easily.
Internships Opportunities :
There is not an internship for arts. But if persue Nutrition so there have internship if various hospital. You connect with your teacher. Geography field you can go trip for a survey and that is it. Then you have to go for a higher study like Remote sensing etc.
Placement Experience :
Overall placement is good if you good score you can avail anything. You can discuss your teacher about you enquiry. They can help you better than me. I suggest it's best college. If you have any plan for the higher study you find it near Burdwan University. It's good for your preparation.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees structure is very low, you have to pay 1200 something 6 months after. That means every semester fees. Low cost for students. You also get a K3 form for the scholarship of 25000 rupees. So you easily take. There is no job campus. You can stipend if you a good score.
Campus Life :
Annually fees are low. Approximately 2500 something year which is really low. In the library, you can find various journals and newspaper magazines etc. You also study from here if you did not buy any books. No problem with your study. There is a Facebook group of many women's colleges. If you were interested you can search the website.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel fees charge a low of 5000 after 6 months include food. If you want to stay in of you can go. But mess fees is high monthly 1500. In the college area, you find the mess (Saraswati Mess) locality is congested because it's an Urban site. All facilities you can afford here.
