Entrance Preview :

If you are qualified GATE exam then it is good otherwise you have to write entrance exam will conduct by SASTRA then they will see your UG marks depeneding on these the admission will happens.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Yeah, the syllabus wise it is good you can learn new technology in nano field, Nanofabrication techniques, Biomedical Nanotechnology, Chenistry of Nanomaterials, Smart Nanoparticles etc you can learn how nanotechnology will be helpfull in medical field nowadays.

Internships Opportunities :

Internship experience is nothing about stipend, our batch didn't got any thing.but upto previous batch they got stipend directly from centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (CNSNT) each month they got rs.8000 but, now i don't know about stipend.

Placement Experience :

In nano related companies are not coming for palcements as usual IT company's only like TCS U can do research after M.tech in research u will get stipend u may get upto 28000pm in indian universities.

College Events :

All sort of events will be organised by students itself cultural-kuruksastras, ports-colloseumsymposium-daksh, etc also in between they will organise many useful conferences in their respective departments but mostly B.Tech students only organise.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees is little bit expensive only i paid rs.45000 per semester exam fees separate then hostel fees mess fees (note that hostel fees is very less oly) mess fees 3000 will come for one month note that no non-veg only veg.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Now a days all banks are giving education loans so u will also get loan if u want SASTRA also support for your loans many scholarships also availble that thing you know automatically once u joind in college.

Campus Life :

Campus is very big and u will get some new experience extracuricular activities like all sort of sports, gym, indore games etc are available inside the campus.

Hostel Facilities :

Mess food is only vegetarian there is no non vegetarian but the quality is not that much good only thing is the food is hygenic so u will not get any stomach problem also we have separate canteens are available inside the campus If u want u can have ur fo

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yeah, each year they will connect alumni students and they will organise some games, events etc, they always keep in touch with passed out students.

Exam Structure :

They will conduct 3 CIA (like assesment exams) in every semester from this they will consider best of 2 CIA marks this will be for 50 marks and external is main sem exam that will be converted in 50 marks finally internal (50)+external (50)=100 marks is i

Faculties are very experienced in nano fied they are all currently working in nano research so,you can share maximum knowledge from faculties also they will be friendly manner many publications coming from faculties each year.

Good institute

Remarks:

Food in mess is not good compared to other amrita campus. The food is pure vegetarian. Non veg is strictly prohibited inside the campus. Other than that no particular issues can be found about the college.

Entrance Preview:

I got into this college with my twelfth state board exam scores. Since this college had a good reputation and I was interested in bio-technology course, I have chosen this college.

Admission:

The application form was collected from the campus after the twelfth state board exam results. Once the form was submitted I was call for counselling on a particular date to choose my course. They shortlisted on the basis of my twelfth exam course and the students were called based on scores i.e. higher score means, counselling on the first day.
