  • Girls to boys ratio is bad, In HRD it is like 13:67,while in IB this goes to 7:73
  • Now construction is going on ,so less space in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview :

Even though we don't follow the latest syllabus,It is still new and cover every relevant topics required for a mba student and especially a human resource specialist. We have 4 semesters and get enough time to prepare for the exams. We do case studies frequently which can get very knowledgable to know about the real corporate world. Winter breaks are less which make difficult for outstation students.

Internships Opportunities :

For summer internship highest stipend was 3,50,000. we have pretty good internship in hr department even now one guy in my class got placed in JPMC for SIP and other two guys in samsung .Roles offered include talent acquistion ,hr analytics, MT HR etc

We had pretty good placements.Companies like samsung atomberg tata power Aditya birla JPMCinfosysMcdonalds CEAT ICICI havells etc recruited. We also have a median package of thirteen lacks in senior batch.and sector vise consulting FMCG IT Manufacturing

Admission :

I got interview call from CAP colleges and IIM kozhikkode pgplsm but couldn't convert because of my lack of expertise in interviews and GDs.But here they only cared about my marks from graduation ,10th and 12th plus cat percentile. Also here we have pretty good placements if we compare with baby IIMs where we pay 10 times the money

Faculty :

We have a great set of faculty members. They have years of experience in teaching. And our lectures are held in a very interesting and interactive way ,where we discuss various case studies and all. Also we prepare presentations for units and cover the units by a group of 4 or 5. We have 4 sems in total ,7 papers in 1 sem.in first semester there is accounting for managers, statistics, economics, management principles, hrm, law, marketing Management. Also coming to negative ,there are some new faculty members with less experience and doesn't consider that students are coming from different educational background.

Other Applied Colleges

IIMK - Indian Institute of Management | Post Graduate Programme in Management [PGPM] (Liberal Studies)

I only got interview call and not offer letter.

Institute of Rural Management - [IRMA] | Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management)

Dse felt better because of ROI

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is detailed and mixture of theory and few practical approaches. We learn through various case based approaches and various assignments are provided. But one thing is following the DU ritual, half of classes gets cancelled.
