  • Sometimes there were situations of lacking faculties in our department.
  • The hod were changed three times during our study times

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choosed this course because of the lab facilities that they proposed to us , and they fulfilled to an extent. There were adequate mock tests along with two internal exams and a semester exams. There were retests for those who cannot appear for the previous exams.I think the improvement should be in areas were there must be more practical sessions, and real time sessions.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The maximum tution fee was 65000/-,and it was not increasing.A caution deposit of 26000/- was paid at the time of admission. For thise who has 90% above marks in 12th can have a consition of fees. Scholarship were also available for local students.

Campus Life :

There were celebrations of festivals like onam Christmas etc, in September and December months. There were also cultural celebrations in all the semesters. Our college had a really good and best library, which was a boon to all the students. As there were times when we should hit the library to make extra notes and study materials. There were student organized clubs like eco club , rotary club , NSS. There were programs including cleaning week ,charity drives etc.

Admission :

I choose this college as it was practically easy to travel than other colleges that I got admission.I got admissions for banglore Christ university, the course fee was actually more than I expected so I choose the current college. There were no eligibility exams but we should have at least 50% above marks in 10th and 12 th classes. The admissions and the counselling was a ine day process and it was good.

Faculty :

Faculties were there and the ratio was appropriate, at times in our department we faced scarcity of them .Some of them were really nice to us helping throughout or studies. There were actually two internal exams and a semester exam in one single semester. Most of them will score good marks in internals as well as semesters, only less than 5% of them failed

Remarks:

I tried to look for the negatives but hardly found any. The college is located near to the city and in a vast campus. Our college has been accredited grade A by NAAC for the past few years. There's a huge library here which has open access system, containing over 10000 books. Our college is ideal for any student who likes to study well and get his skills and personality developed.

The best part of the college is the exposure and in this college you will always get an update you that is really good for you and society. The only thing that could be a little better is the management so that they can efficiently use up the resources.

Remarks:

College is overall good.faculties are really experienced and humble and alwyas ready to help. They are strict about academics and attendance.Lab facilities are very good with a big chemical room with all important chemicals for practical works.the chancellor is one of the humblest person i have ever seen in my life.He is always there for us with his personal emailid with every student.Little problem is in behaviour of few management staffs and lower grade workers as they behave too strict on pity things.

Remarks:

It has been a great experience studying at Christ. I have had both positive and negative influences. But the most important thing I gained from Christ is a critical perspective of my own. Whatever its demerits, I thank the college and the faculty for helping me grow into the person that I am now. The lessons I have gained from the campus and the memories it has given me will stay with me forever. It is indeed one of the top educational institutions of India, if you know how to utilize all the great facilities it offers. What I found is, if you are really interested in becoming someone, you can always choose Christ University, It'll give you a push in the right path. It all depends on how you make use of the opportunities before you. Either way, Christ is open to you. It welcomes you into its beautiful campus without any presumptuous notions on where you're from or who you were. Hence, it is a great place for me to make lifelong friendships. like I have.
