There are people from different states and the exploration of the community varies
This college help to increased the language like hindi and english
The teachers are so understandable and kind and supportive

Tge discrimination between south india and north india
The infrastructure is not good by valuing the fees

Curriculum nd the exams are the worst..ther are informing the semester exam day before the exam or on the exam date..they are completing the 6 months sem in 2 or 3 monfhs..not giving the proper syllabus

28000 per sem, with 7500 for hostel accommodation and 3500 for mess Sc/st have 21000 per sem and 5500 for hostel accommodation. Scholarship are not provided due to rge late distribution of grade card nd needed documents

There is no such extra curriculum activities..they are not allowing to make one..if we make it they complaint against it and suspecting the students no arts no sports..and they celebrate the religious festivals of hindus

Hostel facilities are nice..nice room and washroom..two people in one room with separate cupboard table bed chair..food is bit oily ..other than thateverything is good..there are a lot of processes to get a alloted room

Admission

I selected this college because this was the best university in india under central government. I thought i can improve my personality and explore the wide variety of communities..the was a common exam for the admission

Faculty

The faculty are good here..they are supportive and understanding..my favorite was ravi sir who was a guest faculty and the authority remives him because other faculty complaints against him that all the students are being friendly..

Placement Experience:

After 5 or 6 semester the students are eligible to get campus placement in different companies. Many companions were xame like nestle, sudha, etc. The highest pakage us about 20 lakh/ anum and average package is 5-10 lakh per anum. There is about 80% change of placement of sudents number.

If you're thinking of taking vocational course then please do not otherwise it's good for other courses.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific aspects : vocational studies are meant to provide practical knowledge and less theoretical , i mainly chose this to be able to learn about Industry earlier. Our curriculum did promise everything but when it comes to providing actual practical experience they just take our money and in return just put us with the BA/BSc students and we have to study alongside them without any special course and the theory was supposed to be 30% but in reality they only teach theory throughout the year and it covers 70% of our grade. Area of improvement: better internship opportunities, actually teaching the practical aspects written in the syllabus. Some of the bvoc courses do get internships but not computer application. Timimg of exams are alright not very frequent as per se, difficulty level is medium.

The reality of BVoc computer applications in BHU

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum prepared is great . But the follow up is pathetic. They are not teaching any practical knowledge as written in the curriculum. They really need to provide us a fixed faculty based on our course. We should be provided classes and teachers of our course not some random research scholars. They don't complete the syllabus but will take exams in just one to one and half months i have completed two years here and currently I am giving mid sem exams of sem 5. Now you can imagine how it is here.the only proa here is that you will get a degree of BHU that's it .

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement. The companies visited in my course that is Bachelor of vocation in Retail and logistic management is Tata, Flipkart, Decathlon ,Amazon, TVS etc. The highest packages in my course is 400000 per annum and the lowest packages offered company 2.5 lakh per annum There are 40% of student get campus placed and other are placed in out campus. My my plan after getting the degree is to job in reputed company and with the job I do MBA also.

Banaras Hindu University has some problems like slow paper work, old building in some parts and things taking time to get fixed but still there something special about it. The campuses big and peaceful and you meet student from all over India which makes the experience interesting .Even though the system isn't perfect like a BHU teachers you a lot not just from book but from people and moments. There are fests,group studies, late night chai and walk under the tree that you will remember for long time. I just applied for BHU and not any other colleges because of BHU legacy and good name. It is also an affordable I got selected in my first cut off round and the process of admission is not very complex.
