Course Curriculum Overview :

The specific curriculum that influenced me is that are leadership skills data analytic which I can get to learn The curriculum prepares us for the real world cause we have lot a presentation work field trips and the last sem we go for internship program The classes should be short cause now it's like school day 9 to 4 The test are pretty frequent and the last moment of giving assignments is kinda hectic for us

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 74250 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Like for the last sem we have internship so during my graduation time I did my internship in one of the renowned tours and travel in Sikkim my daily task was to get permit for the tourist and to go as a guide as I did my graduation in tourism and hospitality Management and I took tourism as my major

Placement Experience :

From the last sem student becomes eligible for the campus placement program The companies which have visited which I know for hospitality were Taj ,oberoi Most of the students get selected in placement but they don't go My plan is to work after getting my degree

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For 1 sem I am paying 74,250 rs and exam fees we have to pay extra I have not taken any scholarships till and for the local people of Sikkim holding COI there is some benefit in fees structure and the overall college is good

Campus Life :

The annual fests are like athlon for sports and meraki for cultural fest they come between 6 months gap and is held annually The library is filled with books and it is easily accessible Every class is a smart class and we've got good wifi connection with good internet speeds and good computer labs There are many clubs but I don't know the names of the club cause I've never joined any

Admission :

I didn't try for any other colleges as I did my graduation from SRM Sikkim itself the admissions procedure is easy all you gotta do is bring your documents and submit it in the admission cell book a seat and pay the fees that's all required to get admission no test is done for the admission purposes

Faculty :

The faculty to students ratio is good the relation is also good between faculty and students there is one cycle text and second is model test and the third one is the semester exams the faculty I like is our marketing teacher she is out class teacher also

SMIT review

Placement Experience:

In the 4th semester, students could appear for placement in the campus interview. At that time many companies has come in which the IT sector, Retail sector, and Automobile sector were prominent. At least 80% of the students were selected and for those who were not, most students had their businesses and goals. Like I was also selected for the Export House before completing my MBA.

I had choose this university because it was near my hometown and as it was one of the reputed institute. The most important were high quality teaching. More than an education, university is about more than and education. Better career prospects.

Remarks:

Near to my hometown, reputed and recognised college. Things that I like about the college is it's facilities for students such as 24hour electricity and wifi in the hostel, hot water facility. Most important safe and strict rules for both girls and boys. Other facilities like swimming, tennis, basket ball, gym, etc are available for the students.

Entrance Preview:

I have passed SMU entrance with 75℅ marks. This is a good college for correspondence courses. He take the option for the exam centre. That's why we can take the exam easily.
