Course Curriculum Overview :

The cirriculum is very well planned and gives us a very a great idea of what is being taught. The course curriculum starts from the very basic level and goes to the advanced applications of the course in our daily life applications, which gives us great ways of brain stroming .

Campus Life :

The annual fests are Ignus-Cultural fest, Prometeo-tech fest,Varchas- Sports fest and Spandan-Inter hostel championship. The books in the library varies form novels to all kinds of research books. There are projectors and Computers installed in all the classrooms of the campus. There is a student body which runs different clubs and activities in the capus like arts, sports, tech, enterprenuer ship and management.

Hostel Facilities :

We are provided with a cot, almirah, fan, light, table, chair and AC. The hostel rooms are well ventilated with wonderful views form the windows. The accomodation is one perosn per each room. In the hostel we also have a fully functional GYM, TV room, Common room, Play area, Parking area and a garden. The meals are very unhygenic and poor quality.

Admission :

I did not apply to any other college other than this. I Choose this college because of its wonderful insulated infrastructure and the campus culture that is followed by the students inside this campus. I didnot get any rejection from other colleges as i didnot apply for any of them. The admission process of our college is , as this is an INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, it follows a fixed procedure that is being followed since some years, which Firstly, we have to write JEE MAINS which is a multiple choice exam for 300 marks , 100 for maths physics and chemistry each. if we get a good percentile enough according to our category we will be qualified to JEE ADVANCED, we can give 2 attempts for mains , and for ADVANCED we will have to give 2 papers one in the morning and the other in the noon, if we manage to clear the advanced as well we will have a counselling process which lasts for a period of 1 month and In that we will get to know our college

Faculty :

The marking scheme is relative grading and the grades are : A+ (10) A (10) A- (9) B(8) B-(7) C(6) C-(5) D(4) E and F are fail The faculty of my department are very friendly are guides us to our filed of interest, my Faculty advisor is also a very nice human.

Placement Experience:

Placements here are good enough. A large number of registered students placed every year but last year due to recession insitute placements dropped down from around 95 percent to 70 percent, and this thing happened in every college even in IIT's. some students got placed but did not accepted the offer due to low CTC. and the average package was also dropped last year. Highest CTC offered was around 50 lpa and average CTC dropped down to 11 LPA from 15 LPA last to last year. There are various companies came to our college including Media.net, D.E. Shaw, BNY MELON, AMAZON, FLIPKART, EAGLEVIEW, ION GROUP, TEKION CORP, SCHLUMBERGER, HONDA CARS, DELOITTE, IBM and many more, number of offers made for 2024 batch was 330 as per the placement cell data. and from 7th semester students are eligible for the campus placements. My only plan is to get a decent placement in a tech company and no further study plans I have.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So basically btech is a 4 year course and there are 8 semester,2 sem for each year. As they need to provide 6 month for each sem according to our calculations but they'll only provide u 4 month for each sem which leads a mental disturbance for students coz there are so many exams in every month of the sem so this is hectic but the examination are not so hard and not so easy and also 75 percent attendance is mandatory for all to sit in exam

Placement Experience:

As earlier said there is a lot of upper hand in terms of placements if we compared it with other private institutions, BITJ has a very good placement cell especially made for Btech placements students starting from 6th sem onwards sitting in cell visited by many different companies with a lot different package. The average package of BitJ is about 900000, especially for the CSE branch and highest, go upto 30lac more depending on individual skills and qualities and about 80-90 % of students got placing every year and the rest go to higher studies n all.
