Arunachal university of studies , namsai

I choose this course because my family suggested and based on the scope level I selected the course. The curriculum of the course provide by the university doesn't provide any idea for the real- world applications. Because curriculum was basic . We went to the lab maybe approximately 20 times including my absence. Our field work was good . We did lots of field work our mentor also guided us very well. Main Examination was semester exams i.e per semester. Including few sessional test ,practicals and reports according to which we were evaluated.

Arunachal University of Studies is a private university. It has more than 10 courses. I studied Bsc Agriculture. I paid 57300 during admission 4000 was for the uniform fees which included tie 2shirts ,one skirt , one t-shirt , one house jersey and pant, shoe, umbrella, belt and a college bag . Next continue year we paid 53000 thousand only although the fees is around 70-80 now (approx) . ST SC or general the fees was same to all . We did apply for scholarships but that were govt schemes, university do not provide any kind of scholarships. To get admission in AUS you do not have to give any entrance examination. University provides hostel facilities to both girls and boys . Canteen facilities are also provided. The lab facilities experience was not that upto mark according to what an university should have . Bus facilities is also available. Students should opt for better colleges rather than taking admission in AUS . Our agri dept.was very neglected by the administration.

Every year college freshers and college week i.e URJA is conducted which includes sports activities, cultural events and debates quiz etc etc. Seminars are also conducted according to the department. Library do not contain that range of books but basic and most common ones are available. No books are provided . For something to smart class . Teachers would bring projectors if they want to teach from some slides. Sports and extracurricular activities are offered but not that involvement of students are shown . Our department do not consist of social groups or student portals .

No eligibility. No entrance examination no reservation system. Any student who passed 12 with science (including biology) can apply to university at the administrative office or through contacting via number . Applications fees are maybe under 2000 including prospectus. The examination were held every semester. Difficulty level is average. The admission process is very smooth. The administration is the area which needs to improve.

The student teacher was almost good . Introvert students might find difficulty but average personality one can fit well . They are language friendly and help guide us very well. Although few were very demotivating . Teachers provides class notes and pdf .
