Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course lies closely to actual medical and pharmacy courses with subjects like biochemistry, Human anatomy and physiology, Chemistry etc. Which was a major factor for me choosing the course in the first place. Exams are held twice a year, mid semester and end semester examinations. They're quite difficult but not impossible to solve. Everything is from the curriculum.

Placement Experience

3

After the last semester the campus placements become an option and an entire placement cell is dedicated to the same by the college. Comapnies like Torrent and Zydus have offered job roles in the placement drive. Personally I'm not opting for placement because I want to pursue my master's.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees structure includes increase of at least 5k per year. Financial aid is available for students who consistently score around 8 cgpa or more. And scholarship is available for good scorers in 12th board exams.

Campus Life

5

The major events happening are the Foundation day celebration and Unifest. They're usually held around January. The library is greatly equipped with helpbooks and reference books for all subjects and competitive exams. Each classroom has an advanced provison of projectors and screens for displaying study material. There is a sports week held each year and a wide range of games are played in the competition. There's a total of 6 clubs ranging from literature to environment. Events are held timely and engaging all students of the university.

Admission

For the Bsc degree, the marks scored in 12th are considered and the cut off during my admission was 65%. The application forms and other details will be available on their website or in their admission office on campus.

Faculty

5

All the faculty members are highly Educated in their respective fields, most of them having attained their doctorates too. They're always ready to help students wherever needed, and actively test our learning abilities with short quizzes and tests. Interaction with the professors happens on a daily basis, whether it's regarding the studies or extra curricular. Regular mentor mentee meetings are also held with at least 6 students under one professor to solve any problems they might have.

If your concept of 11th and 12th standards is good then you can pass the paper and the difficulty level is there as it is an institute of national importance but if focused properly on 11th and 12th then entrance is not hard to clear. And the teaching faculties are very good and the infrastructure is awesome and the teachers are friendly, mou is there with many govt organisations so an internship with cbi is also there

Course Curriculum Overview:

The student ratio is a bit higher as mostly the females prefer to do forensics sciences. The male ratio is lesser than the female one. In my class, the ratio of males to female is about two ratios eight. The exam is not as hard and it's on a basic level as compared to that of the Jai and its level but as the University has started itself from the beginning, the level is getting harder.
