Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is build according to industry needs but it could have been better as the curriculum mainly as professional subjects only a very few soft skill subjects which is great as we don't have study useless things

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 232000 per year

Placement Experience :

Minimum of 30 companies come to our each year and almost 80 percent of candidates who are eligible for placement drives get job offers. Keep in mind 6.5 cpi is a necessary requirement to sit in placement drives also with no backlogs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our fee comprises of two parts one for tution fee and other is hostel and mess section. The mess fee is partially refundable after the year end. You have option for scholarships such as natinal scholarship which is hard to get. And this college is pretty expensive

Campus Life :

Campus life is pretty boring. We do have clubs and all but they are still in a building process. You will have only few happening events which also have restrictions because of the current Manipur situation

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel have modern rooms with solid furniture only down side is you have quadra sharing rooms. No ACs though. Washrooms are clean and modern too with all the necessary facilities including a washing machine.

Hostel Fee : INR 80000 per year

Admission :

It's through JEE mains cutoff lies between 55k to 80k rank for different branches. Admission process is through online counseling of josa and csab. Which is simple but if you are joining this college please come from flight don't choose any other way.

Faculty :

The faculty at IIIT Manipur consists of highly qualified academicians and industry experts, many of whom hold degrees from prestigious institutions like IITs and NITs.

You will get good placement and good environment.

Placement Experience:

From 6sem students are eligible for the placement. Amazon, Jio, Nykaa, public sapient, IBM, cognizant, etc. The highest package for 2023 is 45.64lpa (Amazon) with an average package of 12lpa. The lowest package from college is 7.8lpa. 82% of students placed till now. My plans after getting a degree are to be placed in good company.

IIIT Manipur review/insights

Placement Experience:

Placement is increasing every year this year the average package was 9.9lakh per annum and the highest was 45.64 lakh per annum student also scored nice ranks in the gate exam and many of the students of IIIT Manipur are in it's doing their MTech so there is no issue of placement

NIT Manipur : Opportunity to the best.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th sem, students become eligible. Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, and several other companies come. The highest package was around 35 LPA and the average is around 5-6 LPA. Every time 95% of students get placed.

Being the new college it is very tough to invite good companies but the college still manages to invite good numbers of the company and the college was able to reach 100% placement but the highest placement packages were around 14 LPA and the average salary packages was approx 9 LPA. As the college is new but these types of placement offers shows that the college has many more to offer and the college has the potential to compete with top college in future.

The college has good placement packages. The placement packages of the college are as per the top NITs institute of India. The college has a record of 100% placement. The college placement committee plays a very important role during the placement program. As placement committee is fully responsible for the conduction of the placement program. They also help us to identify companies according to our needs and guide us during each round of placement so that we can be placed with a good number. The highest package for our batch was around 40 LPA and the average package was around 11 LPA.

The placement of the college is good at the moment college is new so the package is not like other IIIT but it is good enough. during our batch around 25+ companies visited our campus. Companies like TCS, Jio, LTI, Hexaview, Nykaa, BYJU’s, Publicis Sapient, Virtusa, etc visited our campus. College management is very poor. As NIT MANIPUR is a new NIT, we faced a lot of issues regarding faculties, hostel, academics, transportation, placement drives,etc. For daily classes we have to go different locations on different days depending on the subject we had in that particular day.
