Remarks :

The only think i feel not good about collage is that Collage wont allow the vehicles of students inside the campus

Entrance Preview :

One of the best collage and campus in kerala and is one of the topest with top results The campus is build around a area of 4000 acres of land with lot other courses Also the institution give more importance to arts along with studies Along with several technical fests And the institution also offers placement training for the candidates

Internships Opportunities :

Yes Along with intership job training and personality development classed at the end of the accademics collage prove internship The avg stipend for a freshner is around 20- 30 k

Along with accademics the institution give importance to arts along with studies Along with several technical fests And the institution also conducts art fest The evnts include the international level artist with great stage and event management Yoy can enjoy a lot

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It actually depends on the mark you score It is same for the case of merit seat But in the case of management seats , the fees depends on the marks you score The higher you score the lesser you pay for the fees Thr collage also prove 100% scholarship for the topper who joins

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes The collage proves scholarshio in thr management seats The higher your score is in the +2 Higher is your scholarship

Campus Life :

Campus life is awesome The collage concentrate on extra curricular activities along with the studies The collage gender ratio is equal And many candidates from other districts are also there Lab , tech fest , art are all fine But they lag in sport, i think collage shall improve in the case of sports.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities are good and the food is fine The collage proves non veg food twice a week The cost of food in the canteen is as normal Neither below nor normal to the actual cost outside Cleanlyness is good And it feels good to have food in the inner atmosphere

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

They were friendly in the first meet itself They gives great support for both accademics and extra curricular activities

Exam Structure :

Exams are very much up to date Each semester will have 2 internal test and a university exam Along with lab exams Collage ensures the completion of the respective portions with in time Also the exmns are connected accordung to the general calender of KTU

Admission :

On the management basis Actually i got the merit seat as i get allotted by the gov But as i felt the cost of studies are low compared to merit seat as the collage offers mark based scholorships to the students The higher the mark you have, the lesser you pay in the management seats

Faculty :

All the staffs are well educated and friendly, also they have a good realationship with the candidates Also the staff are well connected with the students through social medias too so as to share the important information and updates along with sharing study materials.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
