Remarks :

The admission process is very easy and simple. avail scholarship as well as other benefits according to the university and also provided by the college. I took KEAM before joining this college. This helps me a lot in joining our demanded seat. The entrance cut-off is dependent on the university and entrance exam control.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose CSE for my future career and it's related to my wish I want to study continuously after 12th grade. The faculty members of the college are well-educated and able to teach according to the students they have. The student ratio is also huge compared to other departments in the same college. Now computer science is well known demanded course. All faculty members of the college are qualified and pursued research in their subject. The teaching method is also good. In one semester we have 2 series of tests and after that the university exam. The series test is conducted by the college and the mark that you have scored is also added to the university exam. The quality of the exams provided by the college is standard and able to pass all the subjects.

Class Size : 1500Course Fees : INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The university is strictly responsible for the internship in all colleges across the states and the college is also seeking good available internship opportunities for the students. The students can earn internships and as well a stipend of about min 10k. Per month. The department is strictly giving projects to the students from their fifth semester onwards and they can avail internships and other benefits across their course year.

Placement Experience :

From the seventh semester, the students can eligible for campus placements. Those who have scored good marks on the university exam will assure of placements before they complete their course in the college. About 100s of companies have yet visited the campus and they provide good offers to them and many of them are chosen by the students. About 80 to 90 percent of students are getting placements. And I plan to study for a master's in my subject after the completion of my degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure of the course provided by the college is very low as compared to other colleges. But they didn't compromise in teaching and college discipline. The college is also providing scholarships for eligible students. And also avail the scholarships from the state government as well as national.

Campus Life :

Every year the college will conduct its annual fest and tech fest for the students. All programs in the college are conducted by the students themselves and the college will provide funds for the eligible events. The college is also organizing programs for outside schools and colleges and giving certificates prices and scholarships to them. The college has a large number of book collections in the library. We can avail the books at any time for 2 weeks and after that, we can renew. The college or students didn't have any social clubs or groups because the college strictly prohibited that.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
