- The fund from the government are not properly utilised in our college
- The college is located outside the main city which leads to transportation problems
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is decent and is going to be updated every few years this curriculum helps us learn the core concepts of the subject very easily. The major disadvantage of this curriculum is that it has lot of assignments.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship opportunities are provided at the beginning of the 3rd year and will continue till 7th semester. Companies like Microsoft, oracle, and trident hire students for good stipends and some students get off-campus opportunities as well.
Placement Experience :
The placements are dipping a little bit due to the recession and there is a boom in core branch placements like civil and mechanical. But this year two new branches have been added like Ai and data science which show the adaptation of industry trends in our college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tution fee of the college involves every thing from security deposit, library fee, admission fee college maintenance fee etc. The hostel fee seperate which varies from hostel to hostel. In first year we will get seperate hostels and from the second year we will get a mega hostel.
Campus Life :
There are basically two fests every year the cultural and technical fest .Student Clubs and Societies: The campus has numerous clubs and societies catering to various interests such as music, dance, literature, photography, and sports. These clubs organize regular events, workshops, and training sessions.
Hostel Facilities :
The institute hostel facilities are decent with attached mess and good hostel rooms.The mega hostel had good maintenance and cleaning facilities as well.The mess food is decent and will have non veg twice a week.The room rent is not too high and the wifi speed is very good and is provided 24/7.
Admission :
The minimum eligibility to apply for nitj include qualifying jee mains and also clearing plus 2. There are reservation benefits as well if you are from home state you can easily get admission into this college.
Faculty :
The faculty are very experienced and have many phds on their name and very helpful for the students as well .They help in doing research for the students.Many of them came from reputed iits and can not only help us learning curriculum but also outside subjects as well.
