Course Curriculum Overview :
My rank in BITSAT was the decisive factor. The curriculm was not something I wanted to get into. But if you are interested then its a mecca for you. Professors are connected in foreign universities and can offer you great chance to explore your potential
Placement Experience :
Placements are good. The average package is around 15 lpa generally. My plan after degree is is to work for 2- 3 years and then pursue an MBA from a tier 1 college. Around 80% of the students get placed
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tution is fee is very much on the higher side. Its probably one of the highest in India. Rates could be lowered. Also a steep hike of 15% hike is implemented every year which is not feasible looking at the inflation of 7-8%
Campus Life :
There is a very strong club culture with clubs in all domains like coding, development, consulting, finance, product as well as in extra-curricular activities like cricket, dance, music etc. A wide range of books and services are available through the library
Hostel Facilities :
It is decent. The combined price of hostel and mess is around 10k which is reasonable. Quality of mess food is okayis and hostel rooms are good with balcony. The overall environment is lush green and you would be mesmerised with the beauty
Admission :
The eligibility is strictly on the basis of merit. BITSAT is an exam and the score in it determines the eligibility of a student in college. No reservation is applicable since it is a private institute
Faculty :
Ratio was around 1:200. Does not matter coz most of the people are doing things outside of academics and they are really excelling at it. Faculty are top notch and have done their education from top institutes like Stanford and Harvard. You would get to learn a lot
