- The Internships and placements opportunities are excellent here. Mining > 100%, Civil - 40% (Which is a milestone) almost all students from core branches got placed in btw 6-16 LPA in top reputed Companies and cracks govt exams for Civil Services.
- We have developed MBM E-Learning App in 2019 for help of our jrs then it was officially launched by University on 15 Aug 2022 that was 1st foundation day of MBM as university, All PYQs, Notes, Books files are available which raises academic standard
Dislikes
- Infra should be developed no road in North Campus, Library Facilities should be up to mark, All process are offline and lengthy students need to roll out for submit hard copies to apply for any kind of form, these all processes should be digitalised
- Management should go for NIRF Ranking, there should be more dedication to regain its original value as Premium Technical Institute of India (older than oldest IITs)
Course Curriculum Overview :
The courses and syllabus till 2023 were best and covered all important company placements, and Govt exams including gate, and SSC - JE as well. but since the 2023 final semester is free for projects only the loss of some important subjects happens but it doesn't make a huge impact still academic curriculum is worthy and even better than many Tier-1 NITS / IITs. MBM Should adopt some digital teaching pattern in the daily schedule it should focus more on E-Learning resources, Labs should be equipped with the latest machinery whatever the dept. is Civil, electrical, CSE, or mechanical they are using old lab apparatus and traditional methodology. College should more focus on the MBM E-Learning App that was developed by the Society of E-Learning Students (SELS Club).
Internships Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are above average, Many Reputed organizations like ISRO, DRDO, ONGC, Airtel, B.R.O, JDA, PWD, IITJ, Vedanta, TCS, NHAI Celebel Tech, etc, and many more organizations Provide on-campus internship opportunity with good stipend. Also, the Department sends its students for Internships/Training in various Mines, IT companies, Leading Construction Projects Students tried and worked hard for good exposure, grabbing opportunities, and cracked PPOs (Pre-Placement Offers).
Placement Experience :
Placement ratio is above average here. In mining, CSE students almost got placed and Core branches also have good stats in reputed MNCs with an average package of 6-8 LPA. Even Many students cracked off-campus placement of AMAZON (32 LPA), Google(55 LPA), and Microsoft(51 LPA). and many more. Campus Selection can be better many more companies can come for hiring but our TPO volunteers are a little bit KAM - CHOR and take favor and do partiality (Even I was also part of that), but our TPO is working hard for the betterment of our students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There's a lot of Scholarship opportunities in MBM. I almost grab the amount of >4 Lakh through multiple scholarships. The scholarship cell is working very smoothly here students can apply of Samaj Kalyan, Sumedha, NS Foundation, SSO Portal, National Scholarship Portal, ONGC Scholarship, Alumni Assosiation Scholarship etc. Let me talk about campus employment, The student who wants, who deserves surely gets placed here. Now It comes under the fame of RIT so a lot of chances for exponential increment in placement stats. Mining - 99% CSE- 80% Electrical/Mechanical - 75% Civil- >40% (Students of civil not interested in placements they prefer for Govt. jobs) Others - 20-40% Companies like - Adani, L&T, JSW, Vedanta, Cairn Oil and Gas, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, Billdesk, etc
Campus Life :
Campus life is awesome here. A lot of Cultural (Dancing, Singing, Theatre, etc.) and Technical Clubs are there I was also part of SAE India, DC, and coordinator of the SELS club.
Hostel Facilities :
As seeing cost the hostel facility is well & Good but a drastic need of improvement in Rooms, furniture, and food quality, Celebration Ground & other tennis/Badminton courts are also in very bad condition. Common rooms are been locked for years, it's not open for students even after Student Representatives don't try for these things, ME/ and I-Block are well maintained but rest of the hostel are not good een toilets are not get cleaned for months.
Admission :
Admission here is on the basis of JEE mains score, You need to be at least 90 percentile for a good branch. REAP (Rajasthan) is the site for the Application process. Colleges and branches are alloted on a Reap Rank basis on different quotas like Ex-Serviceman, Other states, Girls, PWD, Etc. You need to physically report for your first alloted seat then you can apply for upward moment and internal sliding to change your branch or upgrade college as well.
Faculty :
Some Faculties are exceptionally great they want to grow and build their student's careers, they provide good mentorship, career counseling, regular advisory, and interactive classroom teaching by creating healthy competition among their students. Many faculties provide internships to students of their department under his/her guidance. A few teachers are Gem here.
