Staffs are understanding and kind and are friendly

Attendance should be present for 80% it's compulsory if it goes down by 0.1% you are not allowed to write exams

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course and teaching are well connected to the daily life and problem-solving. This will help students to solve problems for themselves.

Class Size : 90Course Fees : INR 270000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Our college is one affiliated with IACTE which exchange students to abroad countries where the students get into companies or to the universities of foreign countries. Students are asked to provide a report after the internship.

Placement Experience :

Placements are not that better because the salary package was too low .The placement percentage is about 20-50%. There will be placement training for pre final years and final years. I was planning on an job after graduation.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For the batch 2022-2026 we have the fees structure of 270000 per yr but for the academic year 2023-2027 the fees was increased after getting NAAC A++ accreditation by 20%.The campus provide a scholarship for merit students who scored above 75%

Campus Life :

There will be many symposium and mega events for four to five days and also department events those are conducted by students. There are more than 10 clubs which gives credits to students for their activities in the club.

Hostel Facilities :

The room facilities are good and the food provider for hostels are not bad we have four days non veg a week and the room contains a fan and two cots for students. The climate was the main point here because it's near to the mountain.

Hostel Fee : INR 100000 per year

Admission :

There will be an entrence exam for students who applied for the college and it's an easy exam. This college never needs the cut offs and any students can learn any course they prefer if a student without mathematics background wants to study engineering it's possible here.

Faculty :

The staffs are kind and even if you have any doubt you can contact them at any time. They will be helping students in their projects and they will also provide to students as study materials

Placement Experience:

A very good placement rate with around 80 to 90 percent, good packages going as high as 45 LPA and at a minimum of 4.5 LPA, several companies like Hash Agile, Nallas, mobitech, and others have handed offers.

Placement Experience:

Students starting placed from their last semester. Reputed companies gave an offer. Like tcs, Accenture, Infosys, etc. The highest package will be 60k and minimum 25k. 98% got placed before completing the degree. 55% above is the minimum for placement if you want to be placed in a high package of salary Job.

SASTRA College Life- An Amazing Experience

Admission:

I got the Admission in this college based on 12th marks and Jee main. i got Jee main score of 130 and 12th marks of 95%. so based on this they will ready a common Merit list and publish the All India ranks. based on your AIR , you will be called for counseling. You have to go to the SASTRA campus, on your allotted counselling date and time and Book the Branch of your choice. This is the Admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Curriculum is really good it's on par with Bits and Nit syllabus. It's well designed to both suit the students needs and also equip them well with the basic fundamental concepts which can further strengthen their core concepts knowledge . moreover , the syllabus is designed in such a way that it covers 85% of gate exam syllabus. so we can also appear for gate exam immediately after completing our course. The Exam structure is based on conceptual learning. one has to be well equipped with concepts in order to pass in the exams. We must not mug up at any point of time as SASTRA exams will test your concepts rather than ur memory capacity. It will have 3 Cia exams out of which the best 2 exam scores will be considered for internal assessment and then followed by final semester examination which consists of 100 marks out of which 50 will be considered for overall grading. This is the exam structure
