The infrastructure is quite good and the courses that they offer are updated for today's jobs.
The fests and the clubs in the campus are the main thing..Clubs are best thing is the entire campus.. we'll get a lot of opportunities through our college clubs

The hostel for first year students is far from the college..we need to walk a long way to get to the college

Course Curriculum Overview :

The courses are up to date... Every course is updated to match the current skills required to get into jobs..I think the best aspect in the campus is the curriculum but the schedule for the curriculum is too tight that students cannot able to participate in other things in which they're interested.. But mostly it's very fine and very good

Some of the big companies like Microsoft, Google, Infosys, Paytm and other major companies hired students from our campus during campus placements.. The average salary at our salary is said to around 6,00,000 per Annum...

Placement Experience :

After semester 7 students are eligible for campus placements.. Some of the big companies like Microsoft, Google, Paytm and other all big companies offered campus placements.. The average package maybe around 6 lakhs per Annum.. My plans after getting the degree is to do business and be an entrepreneur.

Fees and Financial Aid :

Tution fee increase based in our CGPS..If our cgpa is more than 8, then we can be in slab 1 but in case if we don't get 8 then our fee slab will be down to slab 2 and the same for slab 3 if we don't get 7.5 Currently we can get scholarship by writing Amrita entrance exam.

Campus Life :

We have one of the nation's biggest tech fest Vidyut conducted every year at our campus. We have clubs for almost all type of people, we have also clubs for helping others, doing social activities, cyber club,etc.. Our cyber club is the best cyber club in the entire India

Hostel Facilities :

Facilities are nothing much.. we'll get a bed and a table to work.. We'll have a fridge for drinking water.. Meal quality is not good at our campus There's no extra process for hostel registration..just fill the form and pay the money and we are ready to move in

Hostel Fee : INR 75000 per year

Admission :

We can be eligible for scholarship based on our marks either in Amrita entrance exam or JEE... Application fee and application details can be found in their website... Areas of improvement can be made in improving their website

Faculty :

For every 65 students, we have one faculty.. Some faculty members are very good and the others are average when compared.. We can interact with teachers whenever we want to.. but sometimes they might be unavailable.. But most of the time we can quite often interact with them.

CUSAT Cochin campus- best college life you can get in kerala

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from semester 6. Many of the largest companies such as Cisco, IBM, Wipro etc come for placements. The largest package was 40 LPA from IT department and average package is 6 LPA. Last year's batch had placement percentage of 90%. My future plans are to try my best for placements, no plans for suture studies as of now.

My College Life at FISAT

Placement Experience:

Mostly the students get prepared for placements in the third year. Placement training is usually started in the mid of the third year. According to the passed out students and our seniors, the institution has enough good placements compared to other private institutions. The students get placed in MNCs like IBM, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, SAP, Wipro, CTS, IBS, UST Global, Government and Public Sector companies like BARC, ONGC, Powergrid, Delhi Metro and commercial banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Core Engineering companies like MRF, Apollo Tyres, Sobha, Procsys, Kalkitech etc speaks volumes about the professional excellence of students.The major activities of the Placement and Training Cell include coordinating the Campus placement activities of the college Conducting regular training for improving the soft-skills and conducting regular tests, GD`s and Mock Interviews. The major thrust area of the placement cell is training programs. Every student undergoes at least 150 hours of training programs which is spread across the years of study. They are trained by the best in the industry. Career guidance and placement orientation is ensured through sessions organised in-house and support from experts from outside. Guidance on how to prepare for various competitive exams like GATE, CAT, MAT, GRE, UPSC, PG entrance examinations etc. are also provided. Despite the economic uncertainties and industry challenges, the Class of 2024 achieved remarkable success in campus recruitment. A total of 78 students secured packages of 7LPA or more, with 484 offers from 76 companies. The highest package reached 15LPA, while the average package stood at a respectable 5.7LPA. Notable recruiters included TCS, CTS, SAP, Tataelxsi, People10, SOTI, UST, and Qburst. Core companies like Cadence, Schneider, Kalkitech, Procsys, Aarbee Structures, RDC, Saint Gobain, Dalmia, Walkaroo OEN, and Tejas Networks also hired students.
