Likes

Campus is very lush and green . Faculties are very experienced.
Central and cyber library are very good . You will get lots of good books to study .

Classes are quite irregular and the office staffs are very rude.
Placement and internship opportunities are not available too the extent required for students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum of psychology is very comprehensive and relevant to recent trends in Psychology. They provide insights regarding very aspects of field of psychology be it clinical, industrial or social Psychology.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 2000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Not much internship opportunities are available. There are few companies which come such as ACC cement, ultra tech , TCS , azim Prem ji foundation, Gandhi fellowship where students work for social welfare schemes to apply the knowledge of social sciences to social welfare.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee is 2000 per annum which has to paid semester wise. There are not much financial support but government run scholarships are available like UP scholarship, central government SC ST scholarship, ministry of social empowerment scholarship.

Campus Life :

Spanden is annual fest of BHU. Faculty of Social Sciences have Abhyudya. Along with these you can join the IIT BHU annual fest Kashiyatra. The clubs are rhetorica for debating , quiz club , mausiki for music .

Admission :

Cuet scores are used for admission. Cutoff depend upon the category , generally 240+ is safe score for admission in psychology. Reservation for OBC , EWS , SC and ST are applied in the admission process. There are also some paid seats .

Faculty :

1: 30 All the faculties are PHD and have years of experience in teaching and research. Some of our professors have earned foreign University fellowship and worked their for years . They have many consulting projects and published papers in esteemed peer review journals.

Having amazing days & good times in Uoa(University of Allahabad).

Course Curriculum Overview:

They have all gadgets & faculty we needed as a student. They did well & good for us in complete 5 years of graduation & post graduation. For teaching methods they should make sure there is good visiting faculty for students & should available in classes on time. Everything was amazing but they should aware of cheating..the students doing becouse of there ignorense mostly extraordinary students get bas marks & unable to got what they want & deserves.

The study of course is well and fine the way teachers tell you everything is so good you can understand each and everything there teaching methods are so good I don't think there is a need to change in teaching methods. The duration of classes is 45 min. Duration of exams in objective and subjective paper is 1:30 min and 3 hours respectively.

BHU- A critical Analysis.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course- is Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology. BHU has the largest faculty strength (34) of AIHC in the whole nation. The student-teacher ratio is also good. And are quite easy to pass. Midterm exams and semester exams ate the two main tests.

I chose political science because the following politics is my passion and political science is quite helpful in preparation for UPSC CSE. Talking about faculty: the student ratio, there's approximately 1 faculty for every 10 students. Faculty qualification is something which needs to improve a lot. Teaching methods are ordinary with very few exceptions, as far as my course is concerned. Term exams are usually held on time and the difficulty level is usually between easy to moderate.
