According to her: There are various annual festivals, as well as department-specific festivals and festivities organised by the departments themselves. BLF is an excellent festival that takes place every year for two to three days. NSF is held in the month of February. Innovathon is held twice each year. Vlab has a nodal centre at IIT Kanpur. DST TEC was also created here. The library holds around 1.5 lakh books and journals. All students are permitted to use them. The classroom facilities are adequate; however, not all of them are air-conditioned. There is a smart board in each classroom. Sports activities are often held. Anyone from any department can take part in sports activities. There are different clubs running in the campus. Meraki, Prayas nad Hunarbaaz are clubs running in other overall campuses, and a Coders Hub TCH is running in our department. These clubs are working for students' welfare.
