Course Curriculum Overview :

the 1st year course curriculum is not so much relevant because of subjects like environmebtal engineering, engineering graphics and constituition of india. this all subjects should be removed and some practical subjects should be added for the 1st year students

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 161500 per year

Internships Opportunities :

for 1st years there is a summer internship. it is mandatory course of 1 credit and we have to pay 5000 for the course. there is no stipend for 1st year internship. in 4 years, one has to do 3 internships which is a cumpolsory part of the curriculum.

Placement Experience :

campus placement is offered to the students with accenture, wipro and tata power being the mass recruiters. the students with 8.5 cgpa and above are eleigible for campus placements which normally happen in the months of january to may.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

the academics fees is 161500 and hostel charge for 4 bed ac rooms is 52000 (including electricity and water bills). students can avail different state amd national government scholarships. there should internship options in core branches for 1st year.

Campus Life :

the campus life is a bit boring. there are very less number of fests and functions conducted in the college. although there are many clubs in the college, the dance and music club seem to be active throughout the year. the tech and coding clubs aare not so functioning.

Hostel Facilities :

the hostel are average in size. in ac rooms there are bunker beds. the window ac provided by the hostel is not worthy. the toilets and wash basins remain dirty most of the times. the canteen food is above average but sometimes there are hygeine issues.

Hostel Fee : INR 52000 per year

Admission :

you can get into the college through ojee counselling. different branches have different cutoffs. most probably there will be an entrance exam by the college for the admission of the students.. the exams conducted in the college are of moderate level.

Faculty :

the faculties are experienced in their fields. they have immense knowledge and good teaching experience. the student to teacher ratio is good. the faculties are cooperative and always available for the students. the FA system is very good and well organised.

My perspective, through the University experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is decent but since the number of students enrolled in a course is relatively high, one really need to work hard if they aim at getting placed at a really good package. It is necessary to keep in head that since competition is high due to huge population of students, you need to consistently give your best and do extra courses side by side.

From the first year onwards you can get a paid internship. If you have skills you can get an internship by yourself. From the 5th-6th semester, you can get campus internships from companies like tech Mahindra, boutique many more. The highest package is 12lpa and the average package is 3lpa 70-80% of students are getting placements.
