IITH's mark in India

The course Structure is dynamic from subject to subject. It is absolute for some subjects and relative for some subjects. It depends on faculty. Some faculty teach well some subjects and some are not but they teach that subject.

For every sem break holidays the internships can be utilised. The placement teams sends mail every week regarding internships in companies. The IIITH itself has incubation center where students can keep a startup and credits also will be exchanged based on the idea.

Usually the college placements are good here for Btech and Mtech. But due too recession placements are effected for 2024 batch. The hiring is less but the package offered was more. The CGPA eligibility is worse as it need to be minimum 8.

The fee for mtech and phds are less but fee of btech is more. The fee structure of MTech is approx 60k per semester. The fee structure of Btech is approx 80k per semester. Here the fee structure includes hostel and mess fee too.

The college environment and infrastructure is best among all IITs. As the college management is using Japan technology and it's architecture the buildings looks stunning. The Clubs will be like as international schools. There will be no gender bias here.

The hostels are nice. For MTech and PhD the room is for single person. Only For Btech first year 2 sharing rooms will be allocated. For Btech 2nd year onwards single person rooms will be given. 24/7 hot water facility and Room will be cooled by radiant cooling technology. Girls are allowed to boys hostel from 9am to 12am(midnight)

The cut off is more in this IIT. For gate we need to get less than 1k(both general and OBC). Btech admission is some what easy than mtechs. For PhD the admission process is 3-4phases. There is also a 3 years MTech(RA) and also 2 years MTech(online) for selective departments.

The faculty members are the best in their domain. But some faculty teach well and some are not. We can find the best faculty in all domain and can approach them without any fear. They will guide us very well.

Yes. As I appeared for 3 years MTech. There will be 2 written tests followed by Interview. Every round is elimination round. So we need to best among others and also need to impress the panel members in interview with our project works and skills learned in UG.
