  • Does Not Have A Proper Campus, And No Funds To Develop The College

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is very good and very helpful for the future perspective if one wants to do his higher studies, and in the first year of the course all the students of all branches will be having common subjects, the students are free to choose their subjects from their second year of the course.

Class Size : 32Course Fees : INR 137675 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Companies like amazon, Microsoft, tata, and Capgemini, are offering Internship Plus. placement offers to the scholar students the companies also give stipends of nearly ten thousand to thirty thousand.

Placement Experience :

According to my knowledge i guess students from seventh and eighth semester are eligible for campus placements. Both core and non - core companies come to select the students on average total 93 percent of the students get placed in campus placements and the average package is around 900000 per annum.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition fee for the students is 62500 Rs per semester and the students belonging to Sc and St communities are eligible for two third of the tuition fee wavier and apart from that student activity fee of 1000 Rs and all the students of Sc and St communities and also students with low income are eligible for applying for the scholarship offered by indian government - National Scholarship Programme.

Campus Life :

Currently there are no events or festivals conductedby the institute due to the local fights of communities. There are almost 3500 books available for the students in the library, the labs are of excellent condition, quality, and equipment.

Hostel Facilities :

There are total five hostels three for boys and two for girls. Hostel has indoor games like table tennis and carton and chess and the rooms are of good quality and mess food is acceptable and there is a cafeteria for each hostel

Hostel Fee : INR 55175 per year

Admission :

You must passed 12th with 75% marks. You have to give JEE exam and after clearing the exam u need to fill the form for colloges in JOSAA website. There you select yor preferd collage and couses and then the counselling starts and after 6 counseling the addmision process begins. The selection of colloges and counseling starts from july /august of every year.

Faculty :

The faculty is very friendly and veryhelpful. Experienced teaching faculty. Professors are graduates and completed their PHD's in top most colleges of indial like Indian Institute Of Technology and from National Institute Of Technology

IIIT MANIPUR Worth going for?

Placement Experience:

Minimum of 30 companies come to our each year and almost 80 percent of candidates who are eligible for placement drives get job offers. Keep in mind 6.5 cpi is a necessary requirement to sit in placement drives also with no backlogs.

IIIT Manipur. Worth going for

Placement Experience:

Minimum of 30 companies visit this college each year and most of the 80 percent of the eligible candidates get a job offer. Well candidates below 6.5 cpi are not eligible for placement drives and they must not have any backlogs too. Average and minimum salary of this college is pretty decent for its ranks with 10 lakhs as an average package

My POV on NIT Manipur

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are elgible from 5th semester. Offers of campus placements from companies are usually IT sector companies like Microsoft, Amazon, etc. The highest package is around the range of 25 lakhs. The average package ranges around 6-7 lakhs. Around 70-75% of students gets placement each year. My plans after this degree is to go for civil exams.

My decision to choose this course is due the factors such as future career aspirations, passion, parental influence, job opportunities, etc. Our college curriculum prepares the students with benefits to deal with the real world such as a broader sense of community and more opportunities for collaboration. Course Curriculum Overview:

As for aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course from a counselling through not my own interest. woeful reality of NIT Manipur

Placement Experience:

Placements are overall good but have seen a certain decline in 2023-24 due to the recession as well as the situation in Manipur. Companies like Amazon, Discovery, and Edfora have visited our campus. The highest package of 47LPA was offered to only one student, while most of the most of the students have got placements under 14LPA.

A nice place to grow with whole lot of oppurtunities

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, the students become eligible for placements. Almost all tech giants visit the campus like Amazon, Cognizant, Discovery, Samsung, Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T, etc. The highest package offered is 47 LPA by Amazon and the average package is 10 LPA. 70% of the students get placed and you can opt for higher studies too.
