  • The librarian is pretty rude here, he doesn't speak nicely to students

Course Curriculum Overview :

From the starting itself I had a keen interest in medicines field and also my family members are from pharmacy field so it was easy for me to choose this field. Well, the course curriculum here was quite good, it prepares us for real world challenges by making practical activities. Well, the course is quite outdated, modification needs to be done here, these are the areas I want to see improvement. The exams are conducted by having a annual exam with 3 sessional or mid terms exams.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As it was a government college, the fees was quite affordable as it was only 13700 per year and it was a 2 year course. However if you are hosting hostels then you have to opt it for 4000 rs year plus around 2000 rs per month for mess food. There are scholarship present here also, but they are for minorities and by national scholarship programss. No, I haven't taken any stipends.

Campus Life :

Here is annual fest called Poly fest and other extra curricular activities performed here. They are usually held in the month of feb or march. The booms are present here in a good quantity and you can opt 3 book at a time. The classroom are well equipped, with smart board facilities. Annual sports are also performed here. No here is no student run social group present here but soon I guess students will start them.

Admission :

The eligibility of the course was to have done either PCM or PCB from a recognised board. But, the admission here was done on the basis of JEEP examination conducted by UBTER. The application form can be found on its official website. The application form fee was 1500 rs. The application form dates starts from beginning march to end of may. No, I didn't availed any reservation benefits. The exam difficultly level was between easy to moderate, if you have studied well, you can easily pass the exam. As of now, I didn't want to see any improvement in the admission process as the admission process was very smooth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because earlier I wanted to MBBS but since I did not got the government seat, the teacher advised me to go for Pharmacy. Then, I gave the UBTER exam and got the rank and as the college was near to my home, I opted for this. The faculty:student ratio here is somewhat around 10:1. Mr L.S Bisht is the Principal of the college. The teachers teaching method is quite good as it covers the practical aspects as well. They help us in making industry level ready. The teaching is usually done by giving topic lectures of approx 1 hour or by teaching on smart board. The d pharma couse is year wise course so exams are conducted every year and it is a two year course. The exams are little tough and you can pass if studying regularly. The average passing is 80% here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because my father himself is a pharmacist, and there is a great scope in it. The faculty:student ratio is 1:40 in the pharmacy branch. The Qualification of the faculty members is upto the mark which is required to teach in any government college. The teaching is usually done by giving topic lectures and doing practicals in lab. The end terms exams are conducted in the month of June. It is a yearwise course. Along with it 3 sessionals exam or unit test are also conducted. The difficulty level of the exams are easy to moderate

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was updated and it was prepared in such a way that it will make us an Industry. The faculty members were good, they either had doctorate or master's degrees. The faculty-to-student ratio was approx 1:40. The teaching method was done by giving lectures on the topic and the practicals assigned. The end-term exams were conducted in the month of Usually June. The exam's difficulty level was moderate. But backs were also present for many students. I did not get any back and passed out with a good percentage. I chose this course because of the opportunities this course will give me in the future and also because I belong to a doctor's family background.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this course because i want to learn about medicine and the benefits of curing people with medicine . The faculty to student ratio here is 1:10. The professors are highly qualified here with the least having a master's degree. In this college we have yearly exams with 3 internal examinations throughout the year which you need to study to pass .
