The alcohol free campus is great for students.

Hall 1, Hall 2, Hall 3 are not maintained properly.
In 1st semester we could not stay out of hostel after 6pm.

Course Curriculum Overview :

From childhood I was inspired by Iron Man so I selected only ECE,EEE and EE branches of every college available and got a chance here. The theory classes are very less relatable to the real world but the practical classes are based on real world aspects only. The laboratories should have better modern instruments. The exams are conducted very frequently so you need to prepare your studies by every week.

Class Size : 101Course Fees : INR 1750000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Microsoft, Amazon, JPMC and many other companies offer internships for students. Students are eligible for those internships after passing 4th semester. JPMC requires 8.5CGPA for internship and placement.

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible for campus placements after passing 7th semester. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, JPMC, L&T, Accenture, Adobe grant offers for students. Around 80% students get placed from campus. The highest package of 2023 was 58LPA. I am seeking for a job in Google or ISRO after getting my degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition fee is fixed for a single batch. It is increased for new students taking admission. There are many scholarships available for SC,ST,EWS students. SC,ST,EWS students need not pay any tuition fees.

Campus Life :

There are 2 fests arranged yearly in this college: Aarohan,the Techno-Management Fest and RECstacy,the Cultural Fest. You can find almost any books you want from the central library. The classrooms in New Academic Block have central AC. In Main Academic Building most of the classrooms are air conditioned. There are 2 playgrounds present in the campus: Lords' and Oval. For 1st year students having a sports is must. You can choose from Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, TT, Athletics, Yoga, Martial Arts(Taekwondo). There are many clubs in this college as CCA, IEEE, SAE, RECursion, Prakriti, Strokes, Enteract, NSS, SAI.

Hostel Facilities :

There are 13 hostels in the campus for UG,PG and PhD students. Hall 12(foreign boys), Hall 13(girls) and Hall 14(boys) are the best hostels in the campus. They have facilities like 4 star hotels. Hall 10 and Hall 11 also have very good facilities but not the luxury of the previously mentioned hostels. The food quality is decent. You can get Fried Rice, Jeera Rice, Biriyani, Puri, Paratha every week. For UG students hostel life is must.

Hostel Fee : INR 20000 per year

Admission :

You need to crack JEE Main exam to get admission in this college. You can find the application form and other details about this exam from JEE Main's official website. There are reservations for Home State candidates along with OBC,SC,ST,EWS,PwD. You have to face 3 exams per semester:Mid Semester Exam(25 marks),Continuous Assessment(15 marks),End Semester Exam(60 marks). There are practical exams and viva also. Each semester lasts for around 4 months.

Review of IEM Kolkata, a strict Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placements after the sixth semester. The companies that generally visit us for placements are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Oracle, IBM and some other ones. The highest package offered through last years is 22 Lacs Per Annum and on average it is 4-5 LPA. 90% students on average get placed Every year. My plans after getting the Degree is to pursue Freelancing Full Time and Become a Web Designer.

Students are eligible for placement after 6th semester and college has moderate placement with 50-60% getting placement with a avg package of 3.5 LPA where as highest goes around 14LPA companies like TCS , Infosys, Cognizant, Adani power etc visits for placement.
