Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum is good and include all the required courses for preparing me for develop real world applications. The teaching techniques of the teachers is good. One year is enough for preparing exams and as my opinion it is crackable in first attempt.

Class Size : 67Course Fees : INR 515000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Microsoft, Cisco,KLA and many more companies are visited for internship program with an average stipend of 75000. The companies allow join internship program from 3rd semester and the time duration is 2 months.

Placement Experience :

From 5th semester students are eligible for placements. Most famous companies are Microsoft offers 52lpa, Cisco offers 25 lpa,KLA offer 36 lpa. The highest package is 52 lpa and average package is approx 15 lpa. More than 80 percent students are placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is no regular increment is done but some amount may increase or decrease. Aproax 515000 is the total fees of my course. In the campus many companies are approaching for the hiring and hire such a good amount of students.

Campus Life :

ENGI is a fest which is held in the month of September and the most famous fest of NITK is INCIDENT which is mostly held in February. All types of books are available in the library. There are many sports activities are offered like inter-nit,pg cup, freshers cup. There are many clubs are conducted for music, communication, dancing, skill development.

Hostel Facilities :

The room is full furnished and bed is also there. Meal quality is not so good but it is eatable and the menu is change on monthly basis. Registration process is fully online. In Surathkal you can easily find the rooms or PG.

Hostel Fee : INR 62860 per year

Admission :

Eligibility of the course is either maths or statistics in 12th standard. For MCA it is necessary to crack NIMCET. Find details about NIMCET on their own website nimcet.com. Exam will be easily cracked in just one attempt.

Currently due to recession there are very less placements but still college managed to place many of their students and rest of the students got placements from off campus. So students wont face difficulty to get job.
