I like the most is that timtable is very less here. so that it reduces pressure on student.

Dislikes

There will be exams in one week continuously and other week will be free
There is only one canteen for entire campus that to small

Course Curriculum Overview :

The cirriculum is very good here.We are being prepared well to get our internships and placements in decent good packages.There are some things that courses are been splitted into two parts where these taught in different semesters,so there is a chance of forgetting things.Overall it is good

Class Size : 59Course Fees : INR 340000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Here students get internships a bit easy compared to local b-tech colleges and also salary also will be much high.But due to recession this year there was a decline in internship offers.Hoping that everthing will be fine by my time comes.

Placement Experience :

Students at IIT hyderabad typically become eligible for campus placemnets from the seventh semester onwards.we get decent number of packages and placements and the avg salary of every branch is quite decent,

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The complete cost of education for the 4 years will be around 120k INR. Scholarships are usually for the reserved students and females , not for the general boys. So for reserved candidates there are lot of opportunities for scholarships.

Campus Life :

My experience with campus life at IIT hyderabd has been enriching.Annual fests like elan offer platforms for showcasing talents.the library provides access to wide range of books and journals.we have huge sports complex for playing all kind of sports

Hostel Facilities :

As a student of IIT hyderabad,I can share insights into the hostel facilitoes provided.rooms typically include basic amenities like bed,study table,chair,cup board.The hostel mess offers meals with varying menu.

Hostel Fee : INR 30000 per year

Admission :

The admission process for IIT collges in India is rigorous and competitive mainly conducted through the JEE main and advanced. Eligibilty:10+2 examination with minimum percentage Reservation benefits for certain categories like SC,ST,OBC,EWS,girls. Jee main held multiple times as it is qualifiaction exam for jee advanced and jee advanced is conducted only once.

Placement Experience:

From the 6 semester the students are eligible for internships which are paids 10 or more get offers at that time. In the 7 semester the other mnc and startup companies would come and recruites the students. Accenture recruited 160 students and capgemini recruited 130 students. Not only these there are other many companies which visits the campus. Almost 70-80 percent get placed in the campus. If the person has backlogs then they are not eligible to sit for the placements. Students who are also interested in the foreign studies they offer various programmes for gre, ielts, gmat.

From 3-2 the students are eligible for campus placements. But they should satisfy required conditions. Many companies like Accenture, Wipro, Tata, Walmart etc... This year the highest package was 32,00,000. Last year it was 42,00,000. After btech I will concentrate to get a govt job.

Griet is a good college you can join and get good education.

Placement Experience:

We have a good number of placements every year, from 3rd to 4th year and even after passing out we get some placements, the highest package of mechanical is 9lpa, the percentage of students getting placement is 7 above with no active backlogs, and my plan after getting a degree is to get a good job and be secure.
