Yeah college atmoshphere is really very good to learn new technologies.

Internships Opportunities :

yes, our college does provide internship to the students. RV college calls make companies just for internships and many times these internships get converted to a placement.

Placement Experience :

RV college of engineering has a very good track record of placement for Undergraduate students. Post Graduate (PG) placement has also Improved a lot. RV College PG placement is on the higher place when compared to other top colleges in the kalamata state.

College Events :

College Fest: one of the biggest techno-cultural fest of the Bangalore city. students from different colleges take part in the inter-college fest. Kannada saga. : this is the only Engineering which celebrates Karnataka Rajyothsava in such a grand way. apart from fest, there are lots of other events like departmental fest, workshops etc are keep happening every now and then

Fee Structure And Facilities :

the Fee structure as same as other engineering colleges in the state. As per my knowledge fee what we pay is the government fee plus the college fee. as I said college fee is nominal. this also includes free wifi, medical checkup, sports, library etc. yes my Mtech fee is very much feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid :

there are certain scholarships provided for needy students who are financially poor. college along with some company has helped many students.

Campus Life :

the college has very good cultural values. the college has students from all over the nation and abroad. there is no any kind of discrepancy or differentiation between the student of any caste or religion. here in this place boys and girls are in the same ratio. sports, labs are well maintained and some the labs are maintained by industries it selfs.

Alumni/Alumna :

since I am from the Mechanical department I know my seniors. I also got an opportunity to meet 40 years of alumni at alumni meet last year.

Exam Structure :

Examinations are well organized. The Good this is that the exam gets over soon and also results are announced very fast. Examination dates are announced well before the time. exam pattern for M.Tech is new and I have nothing to comment on exam pattern.

Admission :

I worte Karnataka PGCET exam. Ranks were good enough to get me a seat in RV College of Engineering. Process was simple. Get the seat allotment letter from the KEA, show this letter to the admission department in the college and pay the college fee. at the same time submit all your previous years marks cards.

Faculty :

since I am a Post Graduate student I have to learn a thing on my own. Yes, definitely there is a huge support from the faculty side as well. Especially faculty guiding the students and the Innovative teams is remarkable. Faculties are well experienced with industry knowledge.

Life at MIT Manipal, MTECH Automobile Engineering

Placement Experience:

For MTech students, first year consists of two semesters. From the second year, internship opportunities and companies start to come in the campus. So mostly if you get internship, it'll get converted into full time jobs upon your performance. End year placements also happens but it's quite dicey. So if you want to grab the opportunity then internship is the thing. Apart from internship there are PHD options as well as 1+1 program.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course which i chose was very good and it also helped in my teaching field and the course was very interesting to do according to me. there was more focus on practical based knowledge rather than focusing on theory. all the lab facilities were given to the labs so that all the students can practically do the work. there was also very much preference given to the research initiatives in the college. there were more elective subjects given to the students to chose freely anything
