The Curriculum, its very irrelevant at times.
The exam patterns, 50% Passing criteria which is in some courses hard to get

Course Curriculum Overview :

The courses that we get are a bit irrelevant to the branch, like in Electrical Engineering Second Year, Semester 1, we got a course of English which is the second English course so far, and it is basically the same as the last one, Courses like Engineering Drawing and Environment Science are baseless and pointless but we gave to deal with it. The curriculum is a little bit on the garder side but its Managable

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience :

There is plenty of campus placements availabe, From what I have known, placement in Electrical Engineering is best, The packages offered are not huge but they are with respectable companies like Samsung, Qualcomm, LnT etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The Fees is very affordable, In comparison to Private colleges, its barely anything. A semester Costs under 50000 including everything, Mess, Tution Fees, Hostel everything. I don't know anything about scholarships because I am not eligible for any of them, but as far as I know there are a few available.

Campus Life :

The campus is old, It was built in 1960s, So even the newest thing is pretty old, The overall experience is amazing though, In terms if Landmass, it is a huge campus, Plenty of space, very quiet and green. The Library is the best of the best, any rare book cab be found easily, Good space to sit and study in peace, There is a Central Computing Facility which is pretty amazing. Sports is not a strong pursuit,but sport events does takes place. There are no clubs or cafes, it is a slightly orthodoxed canpus. But Fun Overall

Hostel Facilities :

The Hostels are old but well made, sanitation is done regularly. The rooms have normal celeing fans and windows. The Mess is good enough according to the price, The food served is mostly eatable and even good on some occasions. There is the Nagla Range nearby where private PGs are available

Hostel Fee : INR 600 per year

Admission :

The Admission Process was fairly simple, We did our counseling from UTU Website, Uttrakhand Residents get 85% Reservation in this college, After the counseling result, there is a reporting time of 5-7 days within which you have to visit the college with the necessary documents and get the admission confirmed

Placement is good in BTECH CSE .. As 70 % students are placed in Btech CSE 2024 . From 7 semester students btech are eligible for Placements round and many companies visit our campus like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe.. and the highest package was 52 lpa and average package is 6 lpa .. Many talented students got 50 lpa and above from top companies. ( MANG).

Honest review on GBPUAT

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for Placement is semester 7 and 8 which is 4th year. A number of companies visit the campus including HCL foundation, ICICI Bank, Mother Dairy, Godrej agrovet Ltd. Etc. I myself am thinking of going into research field so i'll have to do further studies in the same field.

My experience from graduating from GEU

Placement Experience:

The placement shows quantity but not quality, in my batch 60-70% students were placed with a highest package of 5lakh per annum and minimum package of 2.4 lakh. As per fees of college the average package seems low.

Placement Experience:

This college has quite good placements for CS students. The average package of the college is 7 lpa which is quite decent. Last year the highest package offered was of 68 lpa at Palo Alto. The eligibility for sitting in placements are : - you should have a CGPA of 7 or above. - you are allowed to sit in placements from 7 semester.

Simple and short

Placement Experience:

Remarks:

I chose this college women institute of technology which is in Dehradun because it is the only government College which is for girls and it gives them technical knowledge. The college is funded by many government schemes which are very beneficial for us. We have different seminars winners from course in other things also to increase our soft skills as well as other skills. Hair in my 4 year experience I have learnt a lot a lot of things. We get free coaching for MTech i.e GATE classes and other employability training programs and that too free of cost.
