The campus life here is very open and safe
The policies designed are strictly but at the same time student friendly.

No coding culture here, there are very few clubs which promotes it
Other cultural activities like dance, drama etc are there but under supported

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum at iit gandhinagar is very flexible and allows you to choose any course of your choice. Last year we had 3 exam system but it changed to 2 exam system on student demand. There are many project courses available.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 800000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internships at many prestigious institutes and companies are available. Even the professors are very helpful to make a right choice and gives geniune advice. Both industrial and research intern opportunities are good.

Placement Experience :

There's a cell decided to placements and it is very good. Opportunities in research as well as industrial fields is great. Almost every good gets a very good internship before graduation. I'm planning to do an industrial intern

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The overall fees include the hostel fees, mess fees, laundry fees, tution fees. There are financial aids available for needy people. Many scholarship opportunities are also provided. Health insurance is also provided.

Campus Life :

Campus life here is the best. The infrastructure, the natural beauty here is very good. The classrooms here are spacious and open with intelligent teaching. There's a whole new complex dedicated to sports. Many sports are played here like football, vollyball, table tennis, lawn tennis, swimming, badminton, basketball, squash etc

Hostel Facilities :

We have single, double and triple sharing rooms here. Bed, mattress, cupboard, study table, AC, fans etc is available. Meal quality is very good as compared to mess of other colleges. The college life is very safe as well as open.

Hostel Fee : INR 60000 per year

Admission :

We had to firstly pass JEE-Mains then secure a certain rank to get into an IIT of our choice. There were 2 rounds of JEE mains and two papers for JEE advance. The syllabus was covering whatever taught in class 11th and 12th.

Best university for placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because the future is AI and it has better job opportunities in the future ..there will be 70 students in each class and 25 sections overall in cse. there will be a sufficient number of faculty in every class. there will be one mid-exam and one end-semester exam for each sem, they are really supporting.

Decent choice, especially for tech-based fields

Placement Experience:

Quite a few placement and internship opportunities are present. Students are generally offered summer and winter internships in the 3rd year along with 3 models to choose from, a regular model, an internship model, and an IEEE model for IEEE student branch members. There are a ton of collaborations with different companies. Internship and placement opportunities are available from companies such as TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Corizo, etc.
