Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum at iitk is widely recognise for its relavence .offering students avail rounded education that prepares them for both real world applocation and further academic pursuit .one influensive aspect of the curriculum is its interdiscilanary approach which allows student to gain a holistic understanding of their field of study. another key aspect of the curriculum is its amphasis on practical skills development.
Internships Opportunities :
iitk provide internship opportunities mostly for 3rd year student but first year student can also avail this type of opprtunity it is totally based in skills . many comapnies provide internship in software and some core field as well. like microsoft and google these are the big brands name among all companies.
Placement Experience :
student typically eligible for placement in 7th semester, of their UG programme. many multinational companies ,startup, and research companies like CTC , Microsoft , Wipro and etc. highest package - 1.9 cr per annum (domestic) and 2.5 cr per annum(international) average package is 26.25 Lakhs per annum. almost 80% students got placement in iitk. I will choose higher study in abroad.
Fees and Financial Aid :
at the iitk the tution fee increses are usually moderate and are implemented to cover rising operational costs and improvement in infrastructure and facilities. in addition to tution fees students at iitk also required to pay various servise fees and other compulsory charges like hostel fee library charges, examination fees and other incindetal fee. iitk offers several scholarship and finaciak aid programs to support student in need like meri base need base and specific catagory like SC and ST and OBC. iitk provides various opportunity to gain income ,while studies going on.
Campus Life :
iitk organised asia's largest cultural fest like 'Antragni ,Udgosh and another field like tech. the central library at iitk serve a treasure trove of knowledge with its extensive collection of books. the classrooms are modern with projector and audio visual aids and internet connection. active participation in lectures and seminars and group discussion. the campus boasts expensive sports ground for cricket football hockey basketball and vollyball badminton court table tennis and other facilities like gym fitness etc.
Hostel Facilities :
rooms in hostel typically include basis furnishing such as a bed study table chair and cup board celling fan .some hostel also have AC and cooler. IITK provides mess facilities where student can avail Breakfast lunck dinner and snacks. menu include the variety in veg and non veg also. registration process involves filling out the form and submitting it through the instute online portal hostel allotment are based on factor such as senioraty academic year and availability. many student can avail PG in kalyanpur , panki and civil line.
Admission :
students must have pssed their 12th board exam with certain percentage and clear jee advanced exam with cutoff qualification. Application form of jee is usually available online on the official website of the conducting authority. Applicant need to fill out these forms , pay the application fees , and submit them with in the specified date. in india reservation are provided for certain catagories like SC,ST,OBC,EWS.these reservation is vary depending on the institute and govt policy in the place. JEE exam are conducted usually in the month of april and maythese are two phases jee main and jee adv.jee main is conducted multiple time in a year while jee adv is held once in a year. some areas where the admmision process could be improved include. transparency in the evaluation process. accessibility for economically disadvantage candidates.
