Course Curriculum Overview :

I had intrest in coding so I choose computer science and engineering Faculty students ratio is 15:1 All the faculty are well qualified and phd teachers Terms exam are taking on time and a bit difficult to get good grades

Class Size : 75Course Fees : INR 220000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Companies visited in our college were orecle they give offers to 10 students for about 19.28 lpa And dell gives internship to many students for 50-60k stipend And amazon give 44lpa to a girl from etc branch in off campus placement

Placement Experience :

After 5th semester you are eligible for internship and after 7th semester you are eligible for placement in our college Companies like orecle, dell, Zscaler, Amazon visited in our college they offered about 15 student. In cse branch placement is about in 2023 85% After getting degree i will prepare for UPSC.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee in our college is about per year 2.5 lakhs . Fees are increased in every semester of our college. Their are many companies visited in our college like orecle, dell for internship and provide stipend for about 80k-1lakh

Campus Life :

Annual festival conducted in my college is advaita. It is the biggest fest of odisha. Library are very good big in size and have all the journals and books. Classrooms are equipped with fans but ac not available. Sports is also very good and having event sports like GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP. all the clubs like music dance drama are ppresent in our college

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel are clean very well being and three seaters rooms provided to first year student . Meal is just normal we get breakfast in morning and in evening we get snaks and we have to take coupon every day for mess food You can register for hostels we you get college Locality gothapatna malipada Bhubaneswar odisha

Hostel Fee : INR 15000 per year

Admission :

You should have pcm in 12th class and should clear jee mains to be eligible for iiit Or nit. We can find the forms and fees on online on nta vebsite If you have a reservation you can get good branches in good college with low ranks

Review regarding Nalanda Institute of Technology(NIT), Bhubaneswar

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

Reality of GIFT college

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Placement Experience:

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.
