Course Curriculum Overview :

I have chosen the course because according to my rank I was getting biotechnology branch at iit kharagpur and the department is very good in all aspects Faculty : student is very well balanced The term exams are taken periodically of two months of interval and difficulty level is moderate

Class Size : 92Course Fees : INR 97000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Some companies are google, Microsoft, amazon, flipkart etc and these companies offer jobs as the position of web developer, data analytics etc They offer a good amount for the internships with a minimum package of around 30 thousand per month.

Placement Experience :

The students become eligible to sit for a placement after the 7th semester. So many companies came here to recruit students like google, amazon, flipkart, airbus etc. Placement percentage is around 85 percent

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The overall course fee is about 1,43,000 but sc/st/family income <1 lakh get fee remission of 1 lakh i.e. the tuition fee and they have to pay only the remaining fee. There is merit cum mean scholarship for financially weak students There is a lot of opportunity to get internships and job

Campus Life :

There are many books and journals the iit kharagpur library of various subjects So many sports are there. Example: Football, cricket, basket ball, volley ball, badminton etc In extra academic activities, there is NCA, NSO, NCC, NSS and HNF.

Hostel Facilities :

The rooms are very well and at good location and one can enjoy the ambiance of iit kgp as it is the greenest iit. The food quality lies between moderate to good There are many guest houses in the campus.

Hostel Fee : INR 72000 per year

Admission :

Eligibility is to pass JEE ADVANCE entrance examination. Application form released on the website jeeadv.ac.in Josaa is for counselling and college seat booking I don't get reservation benefits because I am from general category.

Review of IEM Kolkata, a strict Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placements after the sixth semester. The companies that generally visit us for placements are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Oracle, IBM and some other ones. The highest package offered through last years is 22 Lacs Per Annum and on average it is 4-5 LPA. 90% students on average get placed Every year. My plans after getting the Degree is to pursue Freelancing Full Time and Become a Web Designer.

Placement Experience:

Students from 5th semester onwards become eligible for campus placements TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, and Redhat are just a few examples of some service-based companies that offer placements to uem kolkata students. The highest package was 72 LPA and the average was 8.8 LPA. Almost 70-80% got placed. After getting the degree I want to be a javascript developer
