Course Curriculum Overview

Course is very good as well as the faculty. In the first year few of the faculty were inexperienced but as we move to higher years experienced faculty use to teach. All the courses were taught very effectively and LPU has a huge field for Agriculture which helped us to learn practically

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Placement Experience

LPU is very well known for placements, but for internships they allow only paid ones. A strict placement cell is there which helps to know about the companies that comes to LPU. MBA has some good package comparing with the rest.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees was about 70000 with scholarships, but I felt the hostel fees were much higher, and if talk about the scholarship the name is LPUnest which helps us to increase the scholarship amount and can be written few times.

Campus Life

Socially LPU is a very good place to interact with other states students, and to develop yourself as a person LPU plays a very major role through different clubs and activities. One India, One world are some of the major programs that are placed in LPU for knowing the cultural activities of other states.

Admission

My admission was based on my NEET score for Bsc(Hons) Agriculture, but through the entrance test of LPU I was able to increase my scholarship. Admission process is very easy and there was a great amount of help from the faculty due to which everything was ver smooth

Interview Experience

At the time of admission there was a PI type meeting with the faculty of LPU who guide us through the admission process which was very helpful and after that LPUnest exam was there which calculates the scholarship amount.

A genuine review of LPU university specially for agriculture students

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit in placements after 7th semester , there's interview based skill classes from 1st semester , for agriculture students companies like itc agro , dhanuka , corteva visit for in campus placements . Average package for agri students is 5-6 lakhs , nearly 75-80% students get placement offers . I'm planning to do buisness after my graduation or takeover my family buisness .

Life in PAU

Placement Experience:

During last semester students become eligible for placements. Companies visited are Relaince, HDFC BANK, Swiggy, Godrej foods ltd. and many more. Avg package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum. students max dont go for placements they rather go for masters degree. My plans are to become an entrepreneur.

Remarks:

It's give lots of opportunity for students. Teachers are so experienced. Everything is so good environment, students, infrastructure. it is one of largest University of India. I'm proud of being part of it. In my university there is huge diversity peoples from outside country so we get chance to interact with different kinds of people. our University give a best environment for study. student with strong determination & hardwork can reach to top.

LPU, a true university for Placement

Admission process at LPU starts from filling out the LPUNEST exam form. Then you will be given option to choose the centre for the exam on the basis of your nearest location. And the level of the examination is easy to moderate. After giving the exam you will get the result in under 1 week of your exams. Then on the basis of your LPUNEST score you will get a category from 1,2 or 3 . If you qualify the exam than based on your category you can avail scholarship at a maximum of 50% for category 1, 40% for category 2, 30% for category 3 ....Read More

Lpu Admission Guidelines before admitting

LPU has a very active placement cell and each year almost 80-85% of students get placed in good companies. Top IT companies like Microsoft, Flipkart, Infosys, Wipro visit the campus for placement. The only demerit is that the placement is good only for the CS and IT students and not for core branches. It can increase admission percentage by decreasing their course fees per year....Read More

Ample of opportunities available

Minimum marks required to take admission in Btech in LPU is 60% in 12th. I had got 224 marks in LPUNEST and I was in top 20% scorers so therefore I also got rs 80000 scholarship from the University.
