Campus is near to the beach so we no need to travel too much distance during holidays.
We can find all books in library, If not Physical we can easily got E-Books from library itself.

Dislikes

Meals kept in Hostel mess will disappoint students who are staying in hostels.
In amrita universities they are not providing holidays on Saturdays, they keeping them as working days.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The Course curriculum for Artificial Intelligence in Amrita universities is far better than other deemed universities. This course curriculum is almost similar to the IIT's. The Faculty teaches well here. Every professor are PhD holder, They clarify all doubts. There are enough Faculty to deliver the course outcomes from time to time. The faculty: student ratio is 136:4381. Exams are conducted from time to time with no delay as per the academic calendar.

Internships Opportunities :

1. Internship oppurtunities are provided for only talented and skilled guys but not to all. 2. Recently Microsoft provided 2 months internship for 3rd year student with 2.5 lakhs stipend. 3. companies like Amazon, SAP, Microsoft , Google provides internships.

Placement Experience :

For the AIE department, they are providing Good placements with the highest packages. From the 7th semester, students can be ready for placements. Top MNCs like Microsoft, Google, TCS, and Wipro are providing good placements. As of now placements held in 2023 AIE student is placed with the Highest package of 45LPA in Microsoft. Approximately 75% of students will get placed every year.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The Fee structure is different for each branch. For the AIE department, there are 4 fee slabs available. The Fee slab will be provided based on the rank secured in the AEEE examination. If you get a rank below 5000 maximum you will get a good scholarship. It will cost around 1800000 to complete B.Tech in amrita amrita puri in AIE branch.

Campus Life :

Amrita Amritapuri campus is located in Kollam which is in Kerala. This campus is near to amritapuri beach. The infrastructure of the Amritapuri campus resembles the Kerala style of building. Vidyut is the tech-fest conducted in the amrita amritapuri campus every year. The classrooms are provided with digital board and projector. All types of books are available in the library along with access to all types of e-journal websites.

Hostel Facilities :

For the hostel facility, we have to register in the AOAP portal itself at the time of the admission process. Each room is alloted for a maximum of 4 members, with provided basic facilities like a bed, fans, charging sockets, study tables along with chairs. Here in Amrita, they provide only south Indian meals with only Veg Food items.

Hostel Fee : INR 56000 per year

Admission :

Amrita will conduct its entrance test AEEE every year in the months of April and May in two phases. We need to apply for the AEEE examination in Amrita AOAP student portal by paying the 1000 application fee. To enter into Amrita University, the eligibility criteria are passing 10th and 12th grades with a percentage of more than 75%. We can also opt for JEE Score consideration to enter into the seat allocation round.

CUSAT Cochin campus- best college life you can get in kerala

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from semester 6. Many of the largest companies such as Cisco, IBM, Wipro etc come for placements. The largest package was 40 LPA from IT department and average package is 6 LPA. Last year's batch had placement percentage of 90%. My future plans are to try my best for placements, no plans for suture studies as of now.

My College Life at FISAT

Placement Experience:

Mostly the students get prepared for placements in the third year. Placement training is usually started in the mid of the third year. According to the passed out students and our seniors, the institution has enough good placements compared to other private institutions. The students get placed in MNCs like IBM, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, SAP, Wipro, CTS, IBS, UST Global, Government and Public Sector companies like BARC, ONGC, Powergrid, Delhi Metro and commercial banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Core Engineering companies like MRF, Apollo Tyres, Sobha, Procsys, Kalkitech etc speaks volumes about the professional excellence of students.The major activities of the Placement and Training Cell include coordinating the Campus placement activities of the college Conducting regular training for improving the soft-skills and conducting regular tests, GD`s and Mock Interviews. The major thrust area of the placement cell is training programs. Every student undergoes at least 150 hours of training programs which is spread across the years of study. They are trained by the best in the industry. Career guidance and placement orientation is ensured through sessions organised in-house and support from experts from outside. Guidance on how to prepare for various competitive exams like GATE, CAT, MAT, GRE, UPSC, PG entrance examinations etc. are also provided. Despite the economic uncertainties and industry challenges, the Class of 2024 achieved remarkable success in campus recruitment. A total of 78 students secured packages of 7LPA or more, with 484 offers from 76 companies. The highest package reached 15LPA, while the average package stood at a respectable 5.7LPA. Notable recruiters included TCS, CTS, SAP, Tataelxsi, People10, SOTI, UST, and Qburst. Core companies like Cadence, Schneider, Kalkitech, Procsys, Aarbee Structures, RDC, Saint Gobain, Dalmia, Walkaroo OEN, and Tejas Networks also hired students.
