Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course due to my interest in research, and IITs are the best platform for research and higher studies. The faculty is excellent, the professors are talented and you also get tuition for doubts and question-solving.
Internships Opportunities :
There are many internships with stipends provided to students. A great number of projects from large companies like Google are also provided. 600 plus companies are available. You will surely get the best opportunity matching your interests.
Placement Experience :
Placement is also at the best level. Many companies and startups come to the campus to provide internships. Students also get a 1cr plus package in some companies. But for that you have to work smartly.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees are not that much high. If someone has a critical financial problem, then he/she can take the help of banks on campus. There are many scholarships to apply for students. Institutions provide many scholarship opportunities.
Campus Life :
Life is very beautiful on campus with lots of friends. They help you with your studies and also give you a party. You also interact with many talented seniors by participating in different events. There are many clubs to join with your interest.
Admission :
To enroll in this course you have to pass the JEE Advanced entrance exam first. Then you must score above the cutoff to enroll in a B.Tech degree. To appear in JEE Advanced exam you have to clear JEE mains to a certain cutoff. There is a reservation for each category such as SC caste students must score above 75 percentile in JEE mains to appear in JEE Advanced and again they have to score a minimum of 70 marks to enroll in IIT KANPUR.
