Course Curriculum Overview :

Indian Mining industry is increasing its market acquisition in the global market as there are many targeted elements are getting in different parts of the country, that's why I chose it. The faculty is excellent and experienced. Most of them have done Ph.D.s in their field. and their teaching methods are also unique. in IIT KHARAGPUR. There are two terms in a year. Two-time exams and two-time class tests happen in a semester. First mid mid-semester our mid-semester happened in 18 to 26 September and the end semester in November 16 to 26. And class tests happen according to the choices of faculties.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 154830 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Approximately every company comes for placement because it is IIT Kharagpur, one of the best institutes in the nation, the First IIT of the nation. Apple, Airbus, CapitalOne, EXL Services, Google, Microsoft, Square Point, and Rubrik are some major recruiters. Placement Experience :

I do have not depth knowledge of placements but I share what is shared with us by IIT KHARAGPUR Students become eligible for internships in 3rd year when they are selected via cgpa and their interview. And students became eligible for placements in 4th year. Various companies come to campus for placement. In 2023 the highest package is 2.63 crore per annum. Approximately 75% of students get placed. After my degree, I am planning for my own start-up.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are according to the academic calendar. provided by IIT KHARAGPUR to us- 100000-Tuition fee 28855-hall fee 6000-institute+library+hostel 5700-Alumini subscription + medical + hostel admission. 5750-electricity charmes + laboratory. Not availing of any scholarship.

Campus Life :

IIT KHARAGPUR campus is awesome. It is 2100 acres. The biggest IIT. Greenery everywhere and fresh air. Talk about social life our seniors are very good there is no ragging in IIT KHARAGPUR of any type. Seniors are very nice and very supportive. Talk about fest there are many societies and clubs in. IIT KHARAGPUR like a business club, e-cell, three drama societies Hindi English, and Bengali, a debating society, Surya, and many more. And there is two main fests first is the spring fest going to happen from 19 to 21 Jan and the second main fest is Kshitij the technofest it is going to happen in 13 to 15.

Admission :

The admission process is done by NTA and Josaa counseling. For admission to IIT first I clear Jee Main which is the qualifying exam to appear in Jee Advanced. And for IIT Kharagpur I have clear jee advanced with air rank 10850. All details regarding fees and application dates I found on nta official website.

Review of IEM Kolkata, a strict Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placements after the sixth semester. The companies that generally visit us for placements are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Oracle, IBM and some other ones. The highest package offered through last years is 22 Lacs Per Annum and on average it is 4-5 LPA. 90% students on average get placed Every year. My plans after getting the Degree is to pursue Freelancing Full Time and Become a Web Designer.

Students from 5th semester onwards become eligible for campus placements TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, and Redhat are just a few examples of some service-based companies that offer placements to uem kolkata students.
