Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because this seems to easy to be carried on and it doesn't have that much of load so, it will be me some free time to explore myself and to develop some new skills , experiences . Sex ratio is pretty bad here. Educatiomn qualtiy is upto the mark.

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

you can apply for internship in your 4th semester. you can approach them by linkedin or thier official site. there is a placement cell in our college where students are being trained for interview rounds.

Placement Experience :

placement in our college is decent good. Myu course is a 5 year course so i can apply for placement in my 8th semester. if your course is 4 year course you can seat in placement in your 6th semester. more than 500+ comapnies comes in our college every year for placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Study cost is very high if your from very rich family then you can afford it alse you have to take student loan to comntinue your study. There are several scholarships for the students and there are some scholarships specially for girls , SCs, STs and PwDs .

Campus Life :

Campus life is very great. It has Spring Fest which is one of the largest and oldest fest in Asia. There is Asia`s largest digital library which is open 24*7 for students. Classrooms are fully air conditioned and equipped with projectors and boards.

Hostel Facilities :

i am a border of homi janhagir baba hall of residence. in my hall they provide us 2nd year students's room are single seater room they give us single bed and single almirah and single study table. food quality in my hall food quality is average in comaprison to other colleges.

Hostel Fee : INR 37800 per year

Admission :

first you have to clear jee mains from where top 2.5 lakh students got selected for JEE ADVACED. After qualifying ADVANCE you will have to got through JOSSA counselling process where you have to fill your choices according to your preference and rank . You will get aplication form fron NTA JEE MAINS website. There is reservation for SC, STs, OBC, GEN-EWS and PwDs.

Review of IEM Kolkata, a strict Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placements after the sixth semester. The companies that generally visit us for placements are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Oracle, IBM and some other ones. The highest package offered through last years is 22 Lacs Per Annum and on average it is 4-5 LPA. 90% students on average get placed Every year. My plans after getting the Degree is to pursue Freelancing Full Time and Become a Web Designer.

Good Placements

Placement Experience:

We become eligible from the later part of the third year to sit for the placements as the companies arrive then. Mainly placements are dependent on service-based companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro e.t.c. who mass recruits a whole lot of students with standard 3.5 to 4 LPA packages. Product-based companies like Oracle, Amazon, and trilogy too visited the campus. Oracle recruited a few of the candidates, Amazon too but nobody could clear the trilogy's OA rounds. Oracle offered a package of 15lpa and Amazon around 22 LPA. But a lot of students applied off campus and the highest placement off campus was 72 LPA in Google. The placement percentage is nearly 100% which is mainly due to the fact of service-based companies. I too am interested in IT jobs so am preparing for the same.

Seeing stcet again through my eyes

Placement Experience:

Students from the 4th-year 7th semester onwards become eligible for all sorts of campus recruitments. Cognizant technology solutions are the principal recruiter. Other companies which used to come during this time include Infosys, Odesha technologies, itc infotech, and others. All these companies generally take many students from our campus. During our time around 88% of students got selected from our batch. Out of which many students got double job offers from cognizant and Infosys. Some got job offers in sonodyne, Vodafone, and other companies. The highest package was offered by cognizant which was about 6 lakhs per annum. An average package of 3.5 lakhs per annum was offered by Infosys followed by itc infotech which offered roughly 4 lakhs per annum. After getting the degree I will pursue Ms maybe or maybe I can opt for MBA too. Also, I can sit for ies exam. Let's see what happens.
