Clubs where everyone works as a team and they offer a good experience.
Fests are a common postive things when speaking of an IIT.

Dislikes

Mess food is not as good as expected mainly for South Indians.
Not everyone is involved in every activity and there is no one to motivate them.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I got into computer science here the first year on ce get all the subjects like from all branches of engineering electrical electronic mechanical and everything after the first year will get into your respective branches. The faculty-student ratio is I think 100 and I think the qualifications and teaching methods are pretty good.

Class Size : 150Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship hair are mainly based on three things CGPA, development, and Programming knowledge. The main things are the first one and the last. There are other options like off-campus ones where you explore your domain.

Placement Experience :

College offers white variety of careers. They include research-based, product profiles, and mainly Software developers. Our alumni work at a few large companies like Google, Amazon, Jio, Zomato, Microsoft, etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As I was from the scheduled cast category hostel fees and tuition fees are not applicable but semester fees and mess should have to be paid. For an SC, students' cost of study will be about 1,00,000 per year. The scholarship will be applied if our annual income is less than 6,00,000. Campus jobs and placements are based on skills and CGPA.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is srijan and is conducted in February. Tech Fest is concetto and conducted in October. There will be a vast number of books in the library. Almost all books will be available in the library, we also have newspapers and articles. classrooms are media-based and taught on marker boards. A wide range of sports are available and for each sport, there is a unique club. And one extracurricular activity is a must. Student gymkhana is run by students.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel fees are free for SC, and ST students and the mess should be paid and equal for all students. The facilities in the hostel are very good. 24/7 drinking water availability. Lift facilities are available. I am staying in PG in Dhanbad provided by the University.

Hostel Fee : INR 36000 per year

Admission :

I got admission into the computer science department of the Indian Institute of Technology Indian School of Mines Dhanbad. I have to clear JEE advanced to get into this college I have prepared in a coaching center for writing the advanced. all the application forms have been in the coaching center staff.

All you need to know about BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

The placements are declining day by day. In 2022 the average package was around 14lpa and highest was 56lpa but after that it has decreased significantly. Percentage of students have also declined . In ECE around 80% students get placed with an average package of 11lpa . Companies like Nvidia do visit the campus.

B.I.T My Home town

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is good. Approx. every student is placed. The average placement is 6 lakh. The students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement. The company visited are Tata steel, Vedanta, JSW, Tata Power, Tata Long Products, Deloitte, Sclumbereg, Amazon, Samsung, CISCO, Akash, Fiitjee, Byjus, etc. many big companies. In every company there are 5 to 6 students are placed. The placement package of Tata steel is 10 lakh, amazon is 44 lakh, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is 85 %. I want to go for teaching in Akash or Byjus, etc.

NIT JAMSHEDPUR what you learn and what you experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from the 3rd semester, many students got PPO offers and almost all big companies visited and there were 2-3 offers on everyone and there is 100% placement and the highest package was 35 LPA by Microsoft and the lowest was 3-4 LPA by mass recruiters like tcs and Infosys. Everyone used to work after getting placed.

An average stundet of cs

Placement Experience:

After the completion of 3 rd years, students are eligible for placement. About 10 companies came when I was there and they don't have soo many offers. The highest package of 10 lakh waa given to our best student in computer science the average package was 5-6 lakh that's the average package of most colleges here it is the same. The placements of students were quite average about 70 % cause most of the students get diverted. I planned to go in some other field apart from engineering.
