Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty members are of the highest standards here. As it is one of the dream colleges for many of the btech students. This college has some teachers as the pillars of the college. All the faculty members are knowledgeable and experienced in their departments.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are widely given to all the students of the college in VIT. Faculties give extra effort and classes to students to prepare for the internship and placement to boost their skills. Some top recruiters in my department are Dr. Reddy's and Apollo offering internship opportunities as well as placement offers.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible for placement after 3rd year of their course. Vit Vellore is one of the famous institutes for btech students and is known for its best placement rate in India. Top recruiters are Deloitte, and TCS offering a package of 900000lpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As it is a private Institute its fee is a bit higher than other colleges. The fee is around 180000 for 1 year. The opportunity of scholarship is given to every student by conducting an exam for the same and then scholarship is given on the basis of the results. Financial assistance is not much provided.
Campus Life :
Campus life is very good at VIT Vellore it has a very big, beautiful, and mesmerizing campus with multiple grounds, a garden, and blocks. There is a big library consisting of a number of books and journals. Every class has high standards of equipment for the ease and comfort of the students. There are many clubs and social groups that conduct different events.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facilities are provided of excellent standards. There are both AC and non-AC rooms varying with the hostel fees. Meals and water services are also of good and hygienic standards. Hostel fees costs 100000 for 1 year including caution fee. Outside of the college, there are also private PGs and hostels available.
Admission :
Students can get admission by the marks scored in jee mains and can also get admission by clearing their entrance exam called VITEEE and Through VITEEE counseling. Application forms, dates, and fees all are available on the college website with all the details about the entrance exam, PI, and more.
Interview Experience :
Yes, you have to submit your Jee mains score or you have to clear their entrance exam called VITEEE. There will also be a PI round once the entrance exam is cleared. VITEEE counseling is held after all the rounds for the final procedure of admission. You should have knowledge about aptitude, mind-twisting reasonings, and core subjects to clear it's test.
