Remarks :

Very good. Along with theory good practical. Good exposure good area. Good region. Good mixing. Very good for mechanism engineering.

Entrance Preview :

AIEEE exam conducted in 2009. I scored 237 marks, AIR of 10218. I opted for NIT Surat due to its good location

Course Curriculum Overview :

Covering all aspects of mechanical engineering both practical and theory. Overall good teachers. Experienced ones were pretty good and shared there experience. Automobile engineering was good

Internships Opportunities :

Not many companies came for internship. Actually I don't remember any. We had to try by ourself. At least in mechanical engineering. Some companies computer engineering.

Placement Experience :

Overall good. Good placements for mechanical engineering. Cairn energy, Maruti, linde, bpcl, iocl, Tata chemicals, Godrej, l&t and numerous other companies

College Events :

Cultural fest. Technical fest. Mind bend sparsh.kashish. And many other. Big package. Many good celebrities come like kk.kailash kher.tvf viral fever. Many more. Good inter college participation

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible as it is government. Nowadays I think fee may have increased. But one shall not look at fee. Education loan can be paid out in 1 year after you start your job

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes. Once you enter. From college as it is government college but you get good scholarship almost 100 percent. So its good

Campus Life :

Superb. Good exposure. Overall good sex ratio. Good mixing of religion. Good mixing of people from various regions ah over India. From Rajasthan, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal. Maharashtra. Uttar Pradesh and many states

Hostel Facilities :

Excellent. Magnificent. One of the best in India. Excellent internet facility. Best in India I think

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes. But still needs to develop. You know. With good alumni Network and association. Comes development of college and its student. But being an alumni myself it still need to work on it

Exam Structure :

1 exam a day for 6 days in a row for end semester but manageable. Labs and practical were not that great. Need to improve. But overall cool

Faculty :

Overall good teachers. Experienced ones were pretty good and shared there experience. PhD holders. Mr joy Banerjee. Mr vakharia. Mr bhale. Hb naik. All good

Placement:- they are asking that parul provide 100% placement but I don't think so they can Because there are currently 6000 students persuing computer science and place all of them is not possible As per parul the average package is 700000 And as per me average package is 400000

My engineering life is better and easy

We have fill the application form on the website. It needs the score of an entrance examination conducted by the Gujarat government or the JEE mains score. I got shortlisted in the merit list and was offered a seat.
