- Serene environment: BIT was filled with green grass and its far away from polluted spaces
- Clubs: peer to peer help in both career and life is obviously the one which would be expecting in college life and BIT clubs doesn't disappoint me

- Course: could have been even better to match with current industry needs
- Faculty- could have added even more experienced faculties
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am an artistic soul and love to explore fashion design along with the traditional and natural. atmosphere. That's why I have chosen this college. Almost there are 12 teaching staff and 7 non-teaching staff. Approximately 50- 70 students per classroom Well-knowledged faculties who have finished M.tech and a few are phDs too and their way of teaching is mostly through PPTs which are easy to understand and doubt solving at the end of each class. There were a total of 2 internals and 1 main exam in each semester. And the questions would be mostly application so I couldn't say it's hard.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible in their 3rd and 4th year for placements. Zoho, Wipro, Amazon, Aditya Birla, Shahi Exports etc. are the top companies that came for placement. Almost 50% of students would get placed ( fashion tech). I wish to start my own boutique after finishing my degree. The highest package offered was INR 44 LPA and was made by Virtusa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In Bannari Amman Institute, the total fee structure for the B.tech fashion tech course is 300000 for 4 years including hostel and mess fees. Minority scholarship, Adi Dravidar, and tribal welfare scholarship, Periyar Anna award were the scholarships provided by BIT. I got a merchandiser job in Bangalore with 10,000 stipend.
Campus Life :
Banewz is one of the notable events in BIT- specifically for fashion tech, a grand event done in collaboration with BIT FT students and New Zealand fashion students. Happens on August 1st of each year. Apart from this, there would be 1- 3 monthly tech and non-tech events. There's a learning center in the area of 8240 sq.m with support of 95000 volumes of text and reference books with an RFID-based Library Management System. Well-ventilated classrooms with attached table chairs and a smart screen for teaching. Sports: basketball court, cricket ground, football ground, tennis court, volleyball, pool table, 400 mtr athletics track with curb, handball court.
