Remarks :

It is one of the best institute to do this course. It is the only University to have this course in my State.The education quality was good here.

Entrance Preview :

I was admitted in this college by the common entrance exam for the higher studies.I took more marks and got seat in the merit list category.There is no interview process in my college.My parents insisted me to do this course.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course i chosen was M.SC. Bioinformatics.My university is one of the best center for the R&D in Bioinformatics. The practical learning was highly focused.We have well equipped lab facilities.

Internships Opportunities :

The college provide internship to the final year students.The experience was very useful for their career.The average stipend amount was three thousand per month.

Placement Experience :

The placement scenario was well and good in my university.More than thirty percent of the students got placed every year. HCL info solutions and Bioinformatics Institute of Bangalore are the main companies visited the campus.

College Events :

Many seminars on Bioinformatics research, Conferences, Workshops are conducted in my University.The university provide the big contribution for the students to develop their knowledge.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

My university is affiliated to the central Government.The fee i paid was only fifteen thousand per year, including the transport fee.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

My university provide scholarship for the students under various schemes.I avail scholarship for low category welfare scheme.

Campus Life :

The extra curricular activities are conducted by the special committee in my university. They conducts sports, Dance, Music and many activities for the students.The facilities are adequate in my University.

Hostel Facilities :

I am not residing in the hostel. My university has hostel facilities for both the boys and girls.The infrastructure was well and good.The hostel fee is twenty five thousand per year.The food quality is moderate and eatable.

Alumni/Alumna :

The interaction with the alumni Network are very useful for me. It builds a relationship between the university and the students.The alumni contribute mote with the students as well as the university.

Exam Structure :

The exams in my college are not conducting frequently. It was a chill culture for me.I wrote three internal exams per semester.The lab sessions are conducted periodically.

Faculty :

The faculty in my college are highly qualified and experienced staff.All the staff members are doing researches in their field.They are highly interactive in the classes as well as Lab sessions.

Placement Experience:

Everyone for eligible and many companies is available for campus placement. Integra, TCS online apply etc. Only I know 4.5L highest package. 80 % of students are working in good companies.

Pondicherry - A Relaxing University Experience

Remarks:

The campus and infrastructure is really good, it is a very beautiful campus with it's own beach Richt opposite the University Gate 2. Auroville is closeby and vehicles are allowed in campus.

A central university that exceeds your expectations

Remarks:

Student queries can be addressed in a more organized and transparent way. The management and other staff could work responsibly. The hardworking students can be recognized better. Shuttle service can be improved. Bicycles should be available in the campus. As the university is too vast, it's almost impossible without a vehicle. Hostel and good can be better, because we are literally have no option rather than choosing it. Though students are okay to spend more money for better services.

Remarks:

The college facilities is Average in my opinion. The faculty and academics and lab facilities are good. But every coin has two different sides. Being an off campus we are neglected by the main campus and don't get many facilities we are paying for.

Remarks:

Overall rating of our university would be good as it is a central university. Job opportunities are also colourful here. The grade of teaching varies from department to department. But our department is awesome. The only problem here is mess food. You get bored having same food everyday although they try to accommodate a versatile menu throughout the week.
