Likes

Teachers are well qualified and study is good.
Infrastructure is very royal and uniform.

Dislikes

Admission process was in very disorder manner.
No student can roam in campus after 5 pm.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose Bsc. Agriculture because I want to succeed in this field in which I'm interested. Here in our batch total of three sections of this course of which approximately 70-75 students. Teachers are well qualified. Three times MST are conducted and once final papers in each semester.

Class Size : 75Course Fees : INR 105240 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

According to fees, this college is much more expensive for students because of its royalty. here are some scholarship schemes available for SC/St students and minority students. those who have very less source of income apply for a full fee waiver.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure of the college is very royal which is the most liked thing there.AP part of this there are several departments that are newly built but they maintained uniformity and symmetry. There are many fests conducted. The library contained useful books along with a large no. of journals.

Hostel Facilities :

There are three types of rooms available, single seater, double seater, and three seaters. Fees are less for three sector rooms are more for single seater rooms. The quality of the mess food is very good. For taking a room in the hostel you have to fill out the form and submit the fee and fee receipt. The room is big and airy.

Hostel Fee : INR 40000 per year

Admission :

First of all, you have to do registration online on the college website then you will get a login id and password. Then in college, you have to buy a prospectus of college and fill 2 forms inside it then give all the required documents and pay registration fees and then update some information online. you have to wait until the counseling process is not done and you will get a seat based on marks of class 1. Th2then after confirmation, you have to pay the fee according to your category.

Is LPU that Lovely?

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to sit for placements from their final year and should have passed all the subjects. Companies visited are ITC, Adani Wilmar, dhanuka, some startups Highest package offered for the current session was 8lpa to 4 students where the average pay is 3.6 lpa Due to low pay most of the students turn down the job offer and goes on pursuing higher studies. So far, from what I have experienced is that there is cut throat competition in the placements.

Good in campus environment

Remarks:

After i entered , it was heaven seriously speaking from a small town LPU life for me is no less than a dream life. So here are some DO's and DONTs LPU :- Alwaysintain 75% attendance otherwise you won't be allowed to give your end term examination. 2. Don't get carried away with the crowd , you won't be able to come back to real life. 3. Be as simple as possible so that distractions doesn't over come your focus . 4. Join various Organisations. Here at LPU we have more that 50 Student running organisations , take initiative and be a part in any of these. 5. Weekly , there will be functions , or something or the other so that Students inside the campus are not board , so enjoy them . 6. As i have mentioned before , be choosey to select your friends world is not good my dear . 7. Yes , LPU have more than 3000 CCTVs and security guards are present within 100mt of range , so if you feel anything uncomfortable or someone is trying to disturb or something like that take there help. Security people are really very good.
