Khalsa college amritsar Pros cons

Likes

The most liked thing in the khalsa college is the religious and cultural programmes.
I liked the college architecture and the greenery in the campus its about in 330 acres
The faculty is too much friendly and they teach in very easy way.

Dislikes

The quality of network in the basement administrative block is too weak while paying online fees
They don't close college on government announced holidays
There is too much hot in the summers when electricity gone off.

Placement Experience:

They provide placement in last year of course. The students visited the Reliance stores, amazon, icici prudentials etc. , Highest package given is 7 lac per annum and average is 5 lac per annum. 80% Students got placements each year. My plans is to pursue my llb degree in khalsa college of law amritsar after completing bcom degree and part time job

Education material is too much good all professors of our college is good

My thoughts towards college

Likes

The study system is quiet good and peaceful
There is zero ragging in the college which has positive impact on student
The infrastructure of the college is hearts taking

Dislikes

Fee is too high for me which is something tough to pay
No sitting place for students rather than canteens
Parking services are charged daily which are very poor

Course Curriculum Overview:

The majar reason to choose this course is the subject psychology. As a carrer option it is excellent subject and very helpful to keep mind under control or to understand human behavior. In this era psychology is a life changing subject. According to me there should be more focus on practical performance

Campus as it is an old institution its a heritage site too people from different countries visit here too
Canteen there are four canteens and food is good

Dislikes

Parking issues if u got a royal enfield sorry bro u cant park in the campus

I would rate it 8/10 like we gotta study punjabi and drug abuse too in first year and they are mandatory to pass both subjects are boring but other subjects like anatomy, physiology, electro therapy and exercise therapy are interesting

Just the things about my collage

Likes

The behaviour of the students with each is very good .
I participated in the moot court and sports as well .
Every teacher teaches very good whereas interactions with students is not very good according to me .

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not very good and we do not have our own basketball court.
No fests and other activities only sports and religious events.
Teacher may be rude and incorporative sometimes.

My sister is a lawyer so my parents expected the same from me and somewhat I also wanted to be a lawyer too . The frequency of the exams is not very good or bad . The area of improvement can be making the parking free for students .

The structure of the hostel is too much good and it's very worthy to live here rooms are also too good the environment is very good here
The location of the college is very nice. This area is very porche and this is the middle of the town if we want something we can get it very quickly because the market is very near. Location is too good
The events are too good they organise events very genuinely the events which are the organising are really too good be really enjoy that

At sometimes the mess of the hostel was not good it is not that the message not too bad but sometimes you need to eat something good that's why
The weather of the Amritsar in winters in really not to good it is getting to cold in winters and the fog is everywhere so I will tell that the winters of Amritsar is not too good
Similarly like winters the summer is also not good when it's June July the weather is too hot to handle this is only reason I don't like it so much

College campus was very huge I really like it the teacher faculty was really nice they support us in every aspect and in some they provide a wide range of placement

Like I am a biotech student my department was not good
And my College don't provide intership in biotech field
You can't wear short dress in college but Its sikh college

THERE ARE VERY MUCH TREES AND PARKS.SO WE CAN ENJOY LUNCH BREAK WITH OUR FRIENDS IN THE PARK.ON THE BIRTHDAY OF GURU NANAK DEV JI NAGAR KIRTAN HAPPENS.
THERE ARE FESTS LIKE YOUTH FESTIVAL,SPORTS FESTIVAL,BOOK FAIR ETC HAPPENS ONCE IN A YEAR WHICH GOES FOR 1-2 WEEKS SO THE STUDENTS CAN ENJOY AND PARTICIPATE IN DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES LIKE MUSIC,DANCE,SHABAD KIRTAN ETC.
